Doctor's Urgent Care Medical

I came to get a physical here. They have horrible service. Nurses are rude. Place was empty and was not seen for over an hour sitting there. Just to be seen for 2 minutes. Did not tell me i was good to go i waited for another 15 minutes until i asked for my paperwork and they said they couldnt give it to me? Like how can u not give me MY OWN paper work. I paided 100$ to waste my time here. Never got my paper work and was a waste of time do not come here.

The receptionist and one of the nurses are really rude and condescending. They had me waiting for one hour even though I got to my appointment on time because they forgot to tell the doctor I was there and went to lunch instead. I’m switching doctors immediately and won’t recommend to anyone because of the staff. The doctors are alright

Dr. Gonzalez is the worst doctor ever. I went in for a blood work up since I'm a diabetic and he didn't do it. He said I had to come back another since "that's not what I was there for". Even though I said i wanted that when i made the appointment. He was also very dismissive about my health concerns. He did absolutely nothing yet I paid my copay. I wish I can my money back.
