“I highly recommed this clinic! I have been here a few times. They have great staff and service. About a week ago so I came in because I had cut my finger and went to another Urgent Care where I had stitches done. After a couple of days my finger was infected. I was not given antibiotics to prevent infection. I am a diabetic. I called the clinic and I was given a same day appointment. Arvin Torres, NP, treated me. He removed the stitches, he cleaned out the pus I had. I was given antibiotics. I went in today for a follow up visit and my finger is healing well. This clinic is great. I highly recommend it.“

“I was looking for a place to go because I had injured my arm. I was kind of nervous to go into this place because I've never been there before. When I walked in it was a nice waiting room and the person at the desk greeted me. Check in was fairly simple and I didn't wait too long to be seen maybe to 10 minutes. The practitioner actually took time to listen to me and explain possible options to my treatment which I appreciated. We then decided agreed which treatment will be the best and we moved forward in getting that done. I will definitely return to this place if I need urgent Care.“

“Went in on Saturday raining lucky not busy (empty lobby) got seen fairly quickly- bronchitis (coughing ?) had tested negative few days earlier for COVID (month ago vaccinated) and flu (2 months ago vaccinated) got prescribed meds, staff was nice and so was doctor, unlike other person my insurance Medicare Advantage HMO/ Anthem- Elevance since they bill as office visit I shouldn't see bill/capitulation (unlike urgent care which is $30 copay) fingers crossed on billing Providence billing is really bad, some months got bills for copay when they should not be any...“

“I do have to say I have been coming here for many years. I get my mammograms done here and I have seen other doctors here and always had a great experience. Today was no different. I had my mammogram done like I do every year and I seem to be getting the same very sweet lady. Her name is Diane and I could say that she makes it fun. She communicates during the process and makes you laugh and I seriously feel no type of discomfort. She is absolutely the best. Remember her name is Diane She's caring, and gentle and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes.“

“I don't understand why the reviews for this office are so low. I went there today and from the receptionist to the doctor to the nurse and even just random staff members just in there everyone was great. “I went in on Thanksgiving Day at 10 pm because my throat was hurting, had lost my voice and could feel congestion in my nose. The front desk clerk looked up my information quickly and had me take a seat. Fortunately, there were only 3 people ahead of me, so the entire visit took less than an hour. The Dr. examined me and determined that I had an infection in front of my throat and laryngitis. He wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic which I was able to get first thing in the morning. I have used this facility a handful of times and have always had a great experience. Sometimes it's busy but the staff and Drs. work quickly and efficiently to get you seen and out. I would recommend this facility to anyone.“

“Sent here for DOT Random SUUUPER early am. Was meet at the door by staff, filled out a simple form and waited TEN MINUTES to test!!! EXCELLENT compared to previous experience at a different clinic. Very clean, very professional and not busy at all.... Everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcomed, well cared for and heard. Great experience.“
