I'm very satisfied with my Dr. Jessica Cifuentes is very professional, always I feel comfortable with her, she speaks Spanish too and is great for me, now my personal health is better. And Jennifer the nurse is very nice too. I'm sure this is a great team.
The receptionist were friendly and efficient.My appointment was kept on time.The reception / patient waiting area were clean with plenty of seating.The person who took my vitals was friendly, courteous, and explained my results such as blood pressure, and oxygen readings.The doctor was friendly and listen to my concerns and provided an explanation for each concern/question. Additional tests, exams and follow up visits were explained and appointments made.
My Primary Care Doctor, Dr. Avani Patel, is the best. When I mentioned to the receptionist that I am Dr. Patel's patient she took me in right away as I was not feeling well. After all the necessary medications she gave me I am feeling so much better. Thanks a million Dr. Avani Patel.
