I made a phone call an was amazed with the service I received from Jacky Barragan front office I believe she was pleased to help and no attitude at all for scheduling over the phone- telehealth. Vista urgent care should hire more employees like Jackeline Barragan.

The front reception, nurse and doctor was great. The overall time in and out was quick. The only issue I had was they administered an auditory exam in a room that was not sound proof. This made it extremely difficult to hear due to another nurse talking outside the room, a baby crying outside the room and a mother speaking outside the room. Resulting in inaccurate results. If you are going to administer a test that requires you to hear the faintest of sounds it should be in a sound proof environment or at a minimum an area that removes all distractions and loud noises like what is done at other facilities.
