Lolita was able to find a caregiver who was willing to drive up to our house so early in the morning. So far, this caregiver has never been late. She is well trained to take care of disabled people like me. She does it with utmost care, compassion and above all with a smile. Even the substitute caregiver who came one day was equally good. Lolita and her staff are very friendly and they try to address your needs. There were a few issues with scheduling; but they were eventually resolved. “My uncle had a heart attack and had increasing difficulty living on his own. He lives alone in San Bernardino, California and his children are in Michigan. “I cannot express enough how wonderful and helpful Mission Hospice was for me and my family in my husbands final hours of life. They were quick to come to our home and within an hour they delivered a hospital bed, meds, etc. We then called them at 1:30 in the morning and the nurse was back at our home within 30 minutes. She was there when my husband passed. She helped to calm all of us. They have called me several times in reference to their bereavement support service they provide and they sent me a beautiful card signed by several employees. They were referred to me and I will certainly refer them to everyone needing these services.“
