“I have ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) and I am wheelchair-bound. I needed help starting from very early in the morning (5:00 a.m.). Lolita was able to find a caregiver who was willing to drive up to our house so early in the morning. So far, this caregiver has never been late. She is well trained to take care of disabled people like me. She does it with utmost care, compassion and above all with a smile. Even the substitute caregiver who came one day was equally good. Lolita and her staff are very friendly and they try to address your needs. There were a few issues with scheduling; but they were eventually resolved. I would strongly recommend FirstLight Home Care to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate caregiver.“
