This last visit, he just wasn't satisfied with the end result of his day's work so he came back the next day at no charge to make it right (according to his strict standard...I thought it looked great the first time!) :) I can recommend without hesitation.

This was my first time with Gigi. I needed some serious help with my hair style and was also very scared to cut it at all. She worked with me and walked me through it. She was very honest and a pleasure to get to know. She went slow and checked in with me to make sure not to cut more than I was comfortable with and blended my layers so beautifully. I've been going to Kelly Hartley for the past few years and she is amazing! I tried several other stylists before finding her and no one can make my hair look as pretty and healthy as she does. She uses non-toxic hair coloring which doesn't dry out my hair and I get compliments all of the time. She regularly cuts, colors and styles my long hair and her prices are very reasonable. Robin did a wonderful job with my hair. She took my poor tired gray hair and transformed it into a happy summer-highlighted look! She listened to my requests, looked at the pictures I brought in and did a wonderful transformation for me. She squeezed me in on a busy day for which I am deeply appreciative because my only day off is Sunday. It is very cool to sit in her chair and see the private lake and the boats go by while you’re having a mini spa moment. I’ll be back.

I wear dreadlocks on the top of my head and I clipper the sides and back. I was tired of paying close to $30 and upwards to have something that takes less than 10 minutes to do and requires no styling. I have done it myself on occasion to save money but I am not able to get around the ears and do the neckline as neatly as someone else can. I was very happy to be able to come in and get this done for only $16 and they did a fabulous job! Thank you

I love Ailure nails and am always so excited to go in for my monthly pedicure. The staff is all so kind and positive. The salon is super cute, and the music is the perfect vibe. They recognize me each time and make me feel welcome. The leg and feet massages are also great. It's the perfect relaxation each month, and then I spend the rest of the month getting complimented on my super cute toes. 10/10 best nail salon ever

A gentleman did my pedicure and a young lady named Jaynie did my nails at the same time.
She did an amazing job on my nails, and I love them!
I don’t live super near, but I will definitely make the drive to come back and see them.
Stylist: Lien is an absolute artist. I trust her with my ingrown toenails every two weeks. Jasmine is skilled and very experienced.
I have been here a few times and the appointment I just had with the technicians has now made me a regular so I can book in with the owner again! I have never had such a perfect French manicure!! Paid so much attention to detail. Usually when I get my nails done they are chunky and in even but the ladies here took their time perfecting my nails.
Kelvin did an excellent job of giving me a regular manicure. I have very thick and long cuticles, and he cut them beautifully. The manicurists either leave them too long or make me bleed at the cuticle, but not Kelvin. He was very conscientious and cleaned up my hands nicely.

I've been coming to Heather for 3 years now and she is truly the best. Not only is she a talented lash artist but she is kind beyond measure. Heather is extremely accommodating to my needs and works with my schedule to make sure I'm getting all the fills I need. The salon itself is well decorated and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. You can tell they really take care of the salon because it is always clean and tidy and smells good. They also offer a plethora of drinks and snacks which I love. The recliners you lay in are so comfy and they offer blankets too so you can doze off and be comfy while getting lashed. This place is such a gem. I came to see Yvonne to get ride of the white bumps on my face. The room was really nice and clean. Each visit she spent about 2 hours working to extract the carefully. After she was finished she kindly let me know she does offer facials and then we started going over my skin issues . She gave me some great tips and she payed attention to questions and concerns . She even did a complimentary high frequency treatment . She was very knowledgeable, very sweet , and still professional at the same time . I love going to Cindy for waxes! I get underarms, a Brazilian, brows and lately upper lip waxed. She has also done my lash lift, and did fantastic on all of the above. Cindy is always friendly, and so relaxed while somehow getting you done so fast. She has great communication and I am always comfortable despite the slight pain of waxing.
From the ease of booking to the quality of comfort to her personality Summer made my appointment go as smoothly as my wax results. I booked the day before my wax on a spur of the moment impulse for a Brazilian. Summer was so sweet and gave me specific directions right before my appoint to find her suite. I would recommend giving yourself a few extra minutes on your first visit to find the suite because it is a bit confusing of a complex. The wax room was comfortable, cutely decorated and very clean. I used to be a wax tech so I know a little bit more about waxing than the average client May and I can say Summer is skilled, professional and clean. I have had many different Brazilians done in my life and even though this was my first in a long time (which tend to be the most painful) this Brazilian was the least painful I have ever had. She took my mind off of it and maintained conversation while efficiently and quickly performing the wax. It was clear she has been doing this for a long time and was truly an expert in her trade. Her pricing is very reasonable considering the big corporate waxing places charge more than she does and usually the person doing the waxing isn't nearly as skilled as Summer is. I am a bigger girl and a lot of the time I will have waxers not be able to get everything but Summer did a phenomenal job getting rid of the hair. I highly recommend seeing her for all your waxing needs.

Sarah is a fantastic massage therapist. My first massage with her was the best I've ever had. She's very attentive to what your body needs. I've had multiple injuries and chronic pain and she was able to address all those problem areas so well. She also provides after care tools and instructions that are very helpful. The entrance is from the garage and it smells so good when you walk in. I've been to multiple Burke Williams, this was my first time at the mission viejo location. My husband and I both got a relaxation message. We came to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and what better way than with self care! My therapist was Lois, and she was lovely very relaxing massage. I wish there was a location in San Diego but for now I will be traveling to this location as it's the closest one. Everything about Burke Williams shouts relaxation. It was a perfect day!

A year ago I contacted Swift Water heater because our water heater was not working. I spoke to Jay and he asked me if it was leaking and I told him no. He said it was probably the thermo couple and told me how to fix it. That saved me thousands of dollars at the time so when our water heater was leaking the other day I realized it was time for a new one. The decision to go with Swift was a no brainer. His crew came out this morning and installed a new Navien tankless water heater and I couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of work.
Rick and Eddie were absolutely an answer to my prayers! I needed help ASAP for an emergency involving a disastrous job previously done by another (totally incompetent) plumber. POP's Family Plumbing came the very next morning! I had no idea to what extent my project would be affected. I needed somebody who would be honest, because I was aware that whatever corrections needed to be made would have to be made, which means that the budget was uncertain.

I wasn't home but my husband called to tell me that the subs broke the valve under the sink (or something along those lines - plumbing is not a language I speak fluently), and water was flooding the brand new hardwood floors we just had installed in the kitchen, entry way, and into our dining room. My husband and the sub got the water shut off - but we needed a plumber in ASAP to fix the broken valve (or whatever it was). My husband called RSM Plumbing and they sent Mike M out to fix it. He came out within an hour or so and quickly fixed the problem. After he left we realized that the pilot light on the hot water tank wouldn't light again despite my husband's efforts. Mike M was already on his way to another job about an hour away but I called the dispatch who plead our case to Mike M who agreed to drive an hour back out of his way to come and fix the pilot light. Let me tell you - Mike M didn't have to agree to help us out. The job he was on was near his home and it would have been the last one of his long Saturday - but he DID come out and he DID help us out. If he hadn't - we likely would have been without hot water until Monday. Mike's kindness, and the dispatcher's (didn't catch her name) kindness and empathy about our frustrating and dire situation really touched my heart. It's so nice in these challenging days and times to deal with wonderful people who go out of their way for a customer. So THANK YOU MIKE M AND NICE DISPATCHER!

We recently moved into a fixer upper and are slowly chipping away at the long todo list. We just did the electrical panel upgrade project, as it was 70's original and a recall unit that the previous owners didn't seem to think was an issue for risk... We now have peace of mind. My wife and I have been wanting to get some help cleaning our house since we both work so much, and had been considering hiring cleaners, but we weren’t sure it would be worth the money. We contracted with Ray Dinesh to install laminate flooring throughout all rooms in our single level home. Ray was a low-pressure easygoing guy to work with, he made it so easy for us. Ray suggested that we buy a sample box of what we'd chosen and I'm so grateful we did. It turned out to be not what we wanted at all. We settled on a different product by Johnson Hardwood and we love it, (Viceroy Laminate Random Plank). It is absolutely gorgeous! Ray's installers, Enrique and Sergio were great. They arrived each morning and worked diligently through to completion. They strive to make the homeowners happy. Our slab was extremely "wavy" which required leveling in each room. It's a time-consuming process and they were able to successfully prep the surface to accommodate our beautiful floors. Ray visited our job multiple times to check in with us. His relaxed demeanor makes the experience of the whole-house-dismantling-process much less stressful. We are pleased with the end result and are happy that we chose Royal Floors as our flooring contractor. We highly recommended them.

I shopped around for contractors to renovate my parents' home from afar because they are aging and needed a more accommodating living space. My realtor recommended Memar so we added them to the list. Matt came by the house to walk through with me and better understand the scope of my project. Unlike others that I met, he was not pushy or insisting that we do xyz. He truly listened to what I wanted and offered insight and suggestions to improve or enhance what I was initially thinking. You can tell that he and his team are very experienced and good at what they do. Matt and his calm, friendly demeanor sold me. That and visiting the show room in Mission Viejo sealed the deal. They have everything in house if you so choose (cabinets, flooring, tiles) or if you want to pick other options, they will make it work. They can even customize whatever you desire. Max was able to give me a bid within a week and was mindful of the fixed budget I had. Although not the lowest or near the lowest, it was competitive and comparable to the others. I think Memar's was the most upfront because they didn't have hidden budget breakers like expecting the client to buy and transport all of the materials from cabinets to vanities or even baseboards to the job site. Memar takes care of this and they take care of the client. They truly make it comprehensive and eliminate unecessary potential stressors for a house renovation. We are halfway into our timeline and things have been moving along smoothly. Our questions are answered almost immediately and the communication is open and clear. We are able to check in with ease and if something changes or needs a change as we move through each step, it's quickly brought to our attention and addressed. Will offer another update once our remodel is completed but if you're shopping around for a general contractor, be it for a small remodel or a whole home remodel (like me) or even to build your dream home, look no further. I'm so grateful for the positive experience thus far as I have never done any remodel and have learned a lot with Memar guiding me every step of the way.

Be prepared, this will be a lengthy review... Please read my previous posts and you will see that I normally do not post long reviews. Let me first start by sharing that prior to Stud Construction, I had an existing/trusting relationship with a previous general contractor that I was happy with. The only reason why we considered a 2nd option was because my wife & I were taking on a ginormous project. The intention was simply a sanity check to make sure our existing GC was quoting a fair price. Andrei spent so much time not only answering our questions but informing us of little details that we had not considered. His pricing was fair but it was his willingness to share information that made us feel most comfortable. If he was unavailable to pickup, he immediately returned our call. Truthfully, we thought that this was because he wanted the contract. Well, in the end we went with him... He got the contract and we've worked with him & his crew for over a year now and we're finally wrapping up. I would definitely recommend Stud Construction! This journey should have been difficult, filled with anxiety & stress... Fortunately, our project has not come with any major issues. Maybe we got lucky? I believe what helped the most was the fact that Stud Construction was always accessible. Over these many months, we really got to know Andrei & Radu (his right-hand man) These two make the PERFECT team, I love that they both know what's going on with the project at ALL times. During these months, I can't recall a time where we one needed to "look into something and get back to us". There was never a time where we need to remind them of a previous discussion, THEY'RE ON TOP OF IT! (You know how some companies get so large that it becomes a bunch of red tape... Not these guys!) True ROCKSTARS! Let me take a moment to also mention Sunshyne, she's the one that works behind the curtains. Places all the orders, follows up on the deliveries, expedites shipments, requests RMA's, etc. Keep up the GREAT up work Sunshyne : ) OK, now for their subs... Cabinet Maker A+ Electrician A+ Landscape Contractor A+ Countertop A Finish Carpenter A Plumber A Drywaller A Framer A Stucco A HVAC A Flooring A- Painters B (only because they took longer than expected) I'm sorry if I left off any of the crews, this is all I can remember at the moment. Overall, Stud Construction does a great job choosing their subs and setting proper expectations. I will TRY and post some before & after photos, I wanted to at least post this review before I procrastinate. Just as an FYI, this project took over a year is because this is a 7200sqft home and we also remodeled the front & backyard too. This was a huge project! (Plus, these torrential rains didn't help the situation)

Bashar, Fanan, and Raed were very responsive. There was continuous and steady progress, and I usually was invited over each week to check on the progress of work.
The project was well timed. The initial estimate was for around 5 months. It ended up taking 5 months and 3 weeks. The small delay was due to city permitting back-and-forth and weather, which all seemed understandable.
The cost estimate was also quite accurate. We only went <10% over, and generally due to things that we decided to upgrade partway through, or issues we discovered only after tearing open the walls.
They also had a one year warranty on issues with the work, which they have honored with no hassle.
Ultimately the company acts with some integrity, and in this industry that's saying a lot.

I recently hired ATC Construction to repair some wood damage on my roof due to termites. They were punctual, professional, and efficient. They did an excellent job on the wood, and it's like there was no damage at all to begin with. They cleaned up nicely and left it spotless. Completely worth the price. Very reasonable. 5 Stars! We had a ton of bees invade our home via the chimney and they came out and took care of the problem all while we were at work. They had access to our backyard climbed their ladder to the chimney and installed the needed guards and seals to prevent the bees from coming in and it worked. No more bees!

Mike is very knowledgeable on plantings and irrigation. He installed our system the week after we gave him the job and his quote was very reasonable. Since that time we've had him back to plant palms and other plants - a great experience!
We called and Alex came out the same day to give us a quote. We accepted his quote and he started a few days later. It was a small project, installing drain lines in our side yard, had to cut through some concrete. David came with his crew and did a great job, finishing one day ahead of schedule. Alex was responsive to any questions, sent progress photos and kept us informed. They left the job cleaner than we they started, sweeping off our patio which was not part of the project. We are pleased with the work and feel Alex gave us a fair quote for the work done. We will be reaching out to Alex when we have another project.
We just had our sunken and cracked driveway replaced with a better built concrete driveway. I'm very particular in getting into the technical details with contractors on how they are going to build and do things so I can ensure the job is performed per recommended practices and beyond so I can get a product that lasts and lasts, and to detect if a contractor will take shortcuts. I can tell you that this contractor did a phenomenal job and built this driveway perfectly and to last. We had trowelled expansion joints put in on the driveway and they are beautifully done with nice round corners, exceptionally straight lines, and at the proper depth. And the brushed finish on the surface was done to perfection. I won't get into the other technical details that are very important on constructing a lasting driveway but will say he covered and did the job just as I expected it to be built. Froilan, the owner, is very responsive on his calls and adheres to his schedule. On top of that, he is very friendly and is VERY ethical and hardworking and does it all for a fair price. He is easy to work with and will accommodate special requests...in my case, it was laying PVC sleeves under the driveway for future irrigation and electrical repairs before installing the frames, rebar, and roadbase. He has earned a permanent spot on my contractor's call list as he is top notch and is a person that won't nickel and dime you. He puts in a lot of personal pride in the work he does and wants it to be done right and directly supervises and works with his crew. After the job was done, I received A LOT of extremely positive comments from our neighbors and from the tenant who is living there about the top quality work that was performed and how clean they left the worksite each day. I am more than pleased to award Froilan 5 stars for his work, outstanding customer service, performance, knowledge, and results.

Dr. Hoefer is the real deal. I live an hour round trip and I remember every time how well spent the time driving after a good adjustment. I trusted my newborn babies tiny fragile little neck in the hands of Dr Hoefer and her other associates. My wife regularly got visits and accommodations all the way up to the 9th month of her pregnancy. Dr Walker is an equally talented chiro - my favorite part is she very present, attentive, unhurried. I don't feel like I rush in explaining what's going on. Upper cervical care with the Blair technique is irreplaceable. You can't stretch your way back into alignment. You need a precise and perfect amount of force for adjustment. The office is always well staffed with plenty of assistances helping the office run smoothly and efficiently. Thank you ladies!

When I was referred by an acquaintance I had been in serious back pain for almost a year. I had seen many doctors, pain management, neurosurgeons massage therapists, chiropractors, physical therapists and I had xrays and MRIs. No one could get me out of pain, nor did anyone know why I was in pain in the exact spot I was feeling it. Since the first visit, I could tell that this was going to be the answer. Every single time I went, I got closer to 100% pain free. I have now been about 7 times and I am pain free but I am continuing to go so that the pain doesn't return. It was 80% gone after my first visit. I highly suggest Dr. Liss and I only wish I had found him sooner.
I've been to Dr.Sheets' office a handful of times & every experience was a good one! Previously I was helped by Liz, whom I don't think is still there. Liz was professional, friendly & sweet, competent & did a great job. This last visit I had Jessica. This place was recommended to me by my mom who comes here regularly & Jessica is the specialist who usually takes care of her but she let me make an appointment w her (we went at the same time) because she thought I'd appreciate her skills. Honestly maybe the best massage I've ever had! Jessica has strong hands & is very capable but the best part was SHE LISTENED! she asked me what I wanted to focus on & periodically checked on my comfortability with the amount of pressure. I like a stronger massage & focus on certain areas. I've worked in restaurants a long time & was way overdue for some healing.. that's what I felt Jessica focused on! not just relaxation or feeling good, but healing! what an absolute gem of a person & very talented! He's the best chiropractor I have ever been to. He looks at your whole body and how everything connects to your issue. He's gentle yet effective. He helped heal many issues especially a miniscus tear so I can do sports again.

I was introduced to Dr. Loaiza by a friend in August of 2023. I had been experiencing excruciating pain from a frozen shoulder, torn rotator cuff and torn labrum for 5 months prior. Though I was hesitant to go, my friend persuaded me. Within just a few months, I'm back playing pickleball once or twice a week. Dr. Loaiza is an extremely talented physician, kind, caring, and a fun sense of humor! He spends the entire visit with you, which is unheard of. His staff is also very kind and helpful. Always a pleasant experience! Would highly recommend!
I've worked with Dr. Sheets for years, but haven't seen him since Covid. I popped an upper back rib out of place which pinched a nerve resulting in severe pain. Dr. Sheets was able to fit me in and knew exactly how to treat the problem. After the adjustment, feeling returned to my left arm and pain was greatly diminished. I was able to move normally and Dr Sheets prescribed post adjustment therapeutics to relieve the remaining pain. I'm so glad to have found him and highly recommend edit his knowledge and personal and prompt attention.

We took her to 3 different veterinary clinics, and almost drove her down to Mexico for a MRI, but the day before doing so I took her to Oso Pet Care Center. I suspected she may have been suffering from nose polyps but Dr. Han's first thought was to run a test for a somewhat rare fungal disease called Cryptococcus. It came back positive so, although we were worried about her prognosis, we were relieved that someone could finally tell us what was happening to our sweet girl. Kiwi was days away from requiring euthanasia, she was in critical condition and was really suffering. Fortunately for us, she was in good hands-- Dr. Han and his team formulated an excellent strategy for her treatment. Though expensive, as all veterinary things seem to be these days, the quality of care was top-notch. Dr. Han did his very best to ensure he got her back to a healthy condition. The treatment was semi-experimental as his team had not encountered this condition first hand before but Dr. Han consulted with different colleagues and professionals to make sure he provided the best treatment possible for Kiwi. I know he did a lot of "behind the scenes" research and really dedicated a lot of his time to her case. Today, we are still fighting the fungal disease but I am grateful to say that Kiwi is back to her healthy, active and happy self. We thought we were about to lose a member of our family but thanks to Dr. Han this story has a happy ending!

Decided to go here as they had more of a family vibe that I'm used to going. And no, not because they have family in their name, although that is kind of interesting and unique too. Unless things are really dire, which they usually aren't, the Vets here take on a more conservative approach. Just like at your human doctor, even tho it seems unsure, not everything is an emergency, and if it is, your pet belongs at the emergency hospital, not your regular vet.
You could choose to go a different route and order excessive tests for your peace of mind, despite the Vets here not seeing the urgency. And mind you, they've had education, they've gone thru training, they've had trials. They've seen so much worse... and so I appreciate that they have a cool head on and can be realistic and logistical.
14 years of cat ownership with hundreds in-between for tnr and cat rescue with 2 handfuls at home now. And with this vet and the one prior in anaheim, not one lost from negligence. No intentional delusion or malice. Good honest people who will suggest this and that and reinforce a necessity here and there but aren't pushy or black and white with all or nothing attitude.

After having a beautiful golden with normal issues, Cyrus has shown genuine care and follow through on all issues. I do not feel comfortable taking our beloved golden anywhere but this location in Mission Viejo. If I could rate this any higher I would. Great staff, great recommendations, and genuine care. What more could you ask for while taking your beloved pet for a check in or illness.

I have to Thank Portola Plaza Vet hospital for their very kind service to us. I did not have a regular Vet when it came time needed to put our sweet 14yr old cat to sleep. After other Vets quoted me very high prices and not liking the fact that our cat wasn’t a patient of theirs. Portola took us, no demands to meet, were kind, understanding and showed us great compassion. They arranged to get us in when we needed, on short notice and their services were very affordable.

The staff were super nice. Especially the ones who greet you when you come in. We were seen immediately and they found what was wrong and gave us the right medication for our little one. Cost is a bit high but I'm glad he's feeling and getting better.
I honestly can't give this place enough stars. This animal emergency place is the BEST at what they do. We had to bring in our 15 year old kitty after hours for not eating and drinking and after much testing, they determined she had kidney failure. Dr Mercedes Baena was so compassionate and caring and thorough throughout the entire process. We ended up having to put our beloved kitty to sleep and Dr Mercedes even offered hugs to me as I was such a mess. A week later I open my mailbox with a card signed by all staff members and a laminate of my kitty's paw prints to keep!! My own vet didn't even do that! Still awaiting their acknowledgment that she passed after I notified them. Brightcare is the best! Your pets are in the best hands here. Love this place!
i found katie through a local community group when i was looking for a pet groomer to make a house call to trim the nails of my sweet pup. when i met her, i was surprised to see how comfortable my dog felt with her right off the bat. she went up to katie with no hesitation and had a little bit of a tail wag. katie gave her some pets and they were off to the van for the nail trim! when they were back, ginger didn't seem stressed out at all and i could tell that katie made the effort to make her feel comfortable before trimming her nails. im so grateful to have found katie and i look forward to her coming back to trim gingers nails on the future!
I have a 15-year-old dog that is ill but still needed his nails trimmed. Noah came out right on time. He made sure to understand Rascals needs and his medical condition. He carried him into the van, cut his nails, and trimmed the hair around his pads so he would not slip on the stone floors. Noah then brought Rascal back into the house. Rascal now has a much easier time getting around. Noah did a great job and showed a real understanding and caring of dogs. Will defiantly use him again for my other dogs grooming needs.
So, after looking for a cat groomer, which is trying to find a needle in the haystack in South OC, I found this business on google. After reading the first Yelp review under this business, I was extremely hesitant on contacting the owner, Ash. My cat was matted and was overdue getting a lion cut. This groomer did so have experience in providing such services for grooming cats, so I took the chance. Again, it's very difficult finding someone who grooms cats. Yesterday was the day, my 17 year old Ragdoll cat had her appointment. The owner notified me on his timing, as he was 30 minutes late to service my cat appointment. It took 30-45 minutes to give my cat a lions cut. When I got her back, he did point out a slight scratch he caused her. As I examined her, it didn't look bad, but felt that he rushed the appointment. Cat grooming isn't cheap, therefore, I paid a hefty amount, and I felt that it was worth it. My cat was heavily matted, and she felt better afterwards. The owner was as careful as possible with her, but again it felt rushed. He did an okay job. Overall, I'd think twice about using this groomer again, for cat grooming. But in my area, there wasn't any options available. So, my reasons for the 3 and 1/2 stars is that he was extremely late, which he did notify me on, and for the slight Nick on my cat, and for rushing the appointment. I hope this review makes sense. I now have been going to Angela for over a year and am grateful to my kids for finding this gem of a workout location, it has truly been a gift!!

Called for an appointment same day for Friday and got me right in. The place is clean and comfortable and quiet. Both private rooms and the big room with 6 or so beds for the foot soaks/massages. I got a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I like the pressure very hard, and my massage therapist did not disappoint! Head to toe heaven! Thank you!
I went in expecting a mediocre deep tissue massage, I’m very picky and an athlete so I like my knots rubbed out. The lady that did my full body massage really focused on my upper back and glutes. (I wish I got her name) I’m taking my husband here! I recommend this place to everyone.

Heating pads, at home program tailed for you online, his treatments plus exercise under his observation have contributed to a faster and more complete recovery. Easy to schedule online but you can still call to get help.
My daughter just finished her ACL rehab with John and the team at Pro PT, and we could not be happier with the care and attention she received there. Her therapy progressed well, she was challenged and pushed when appropriate and she now feels confident and ready to return to her sports. Scheduling was always each and flexible as well.
