Customized therapy. Collaborative healing. Joy takes considerable effort to customize her massage therapy to my needs on a particular day. One of her strengths is that she brings several types of therapy to her practice. This means that she can address my needs with one or more types of massage therapy in order to achieve my goals. Another aspect of Joy's therapy is that she also recommends other treatments and practices that she thinks will help further my progress on my healing journey, and encompass all aspects of myself: body, mind, and spirit/soul.
