We needed a demolition and final finish for a room which was constructed by previous owners. Bashar handled permits, drawings, demo, and finish work with pure professionalism and excellent communications. Wow, I can sleep at night! Having the Sterling Consulting team and the principal engineer Bashar inspect my home was an awesome experience. They inspected the structural components of my home and advised on which components we needed to remove or where we needed to add more support. The inspection fee and report was all discussed upfront and well before the engineers arrived. My expectations were set from the beginning and after the inspection I received everything requested! Sterling Consulting is exactly what I needed, they were also very efficient and reliable - all reports were submitted , we can now enjoy the home. Thank you to the team. 5 stars

Amazing!!!!!!! We met with six contractors and were so impressed with Bashar and his architect Sura we decided to choose them for our home remodel. They listened to our special family needs and came up with an amazing design. Our daughter is blind and has multiple disabilities and we knew we couldn't go with a typical open concept. They gave us a design that allows for privacy but also could look very open, which we didn't know we could have both. Everything about the process was perfect and professional.
