After talking with Conor about descaling my 16 year old tankless water heater or getting a new one with a recirculating pump, I did some research, weighed all the information, and chose the later. Made the appointment and Andres Delgado was at my house promptly at 8 am on the day of the install. He was thorough, pleasant, knowledgable and very neat. Gary was wonderful, he stayed in touch with me throughout the process, he dispatched Angel to my home to fix the hot water heater. Angel even tighten my kitchen sink faucet for me which was a tremendous help.

Leo was there first thing Tuesday morning, cut away the ruined drywall, found an old pipe that had ruptured with age, and replaced it. “Edward is the plumber extraordinaire ! He's super responsible, honest, down to earth & very skillful at his craft . There were some challenging issues w repairing my old Jacuzzi. Other plumbers said the tub had to be lifted out of its base & fixed from underneath at a cost of almost $900! Edward was able to tie the tubing to a bamboo stick & pull it thru to connect it to the motor & it took only a couple minutes and saved me hundreds. He's easy to talk to , the best plumber I've ever had !!!“

Ended up needing to come up with a brand new solution on how to get the waterline set up and he walked me through the whole solution step by step. By the end of the day - my fridge is working like a charm! Water and ice included! Bonus points - he spent extra effort making friends with my dog as well! 10/10 amazing and recommended.“
