I have never dealt with such nice people! Their team was able to fix a very difficult to access leak under our house. They took before/after pictures and walked me through the process before proceeding. I have already recommended them to neighbors.
There was a concern about a leak at my property as well as issues with my sump pump. Petersen Plumbing immediately got me on the calendar and was friendly, efficient, and took all my concerns into consideration as we planned what was the best way forward for the problem.
Called Taylor around 7pm and he picked up right away. He sent his great technician Ben our first thing next AM. Super happy with the responsiveness and willingness to create a warm relationship right off the bat. We had experienced a clog and backup of our drain lines which overflowed into our office and bathroom. Ben was able to locate the problem drain lines under the house which were going up and down everywhere, not strapped properly, they were creating bellies that food waste was getting stuck in and causing the backups.
