“We were referred to Susan by our SoCal realtor when we moved to Silicon Valley several years ago. While looking at houses with her, we were impressed with how responsive she was, how easy she was to work worth (she's very knowledgeable about the Los Altos/Mountain View area), and just how nice she was in general. When a situation presented itself where it suddenly made more sense for us to rent rather than buy, Susan helped us through the entire leasing process, something that we had an extra appreciation for because I think a lot of other realtors would have seen their commission suddenly drop to nearly nothing and walked away. Fast forward to last year, our circumstances changed and it now made sense for us to get back in the home purchase hunt: the first person we called was Susan. Since she had previously worked with us, she already understood what was important to us and got straight to work...we were in escrow two weeks later on a house we were really excited about.
