Rob has been an incredible partner and guide who helped me buy my first home in San Carlos. I spent 2 years searching and Rob was patient and supportive throughout. He was responsive, , never pushy and worked with me as I moved through the many cycles of actively looking and causally looking until I found the right thing. Rob was wonderful to work with. He kept in close touch, his communication skills are outstanding. He was organized and honest and listened to our family's ideas about selling our mother's condo. The real estate market was having difficulties and Rob was creative, suggesting all sorts of options and guiding us through each process and idea. We could call him any day of the week to check in and he and his coworker, Jennifer, arranged family zoom meetings so the whole group of us could participate.
