Nisha is an awesome, hardworking, enthusiastic and a dedicated realtor. It did not matter what time of the day, Nisha responded to phone calls, text messages and emails promptly without any delay. With her exceptional skills she was able to sell our house way over the listed price with multiple offers within a few days in the market. This amazing lady is kind, passionate and went out of her way to see that we are happy with the decisions made in the process. Selling our home in San Jose was a pleasant experience for both me and my husband with Nisha's guidance and help. Working with Nisha is like working with a family member who will always have your back! I cannot recommend her highly enough! It has been an absolute pleasure. From the moment I met Nisha, it was clear that she is a true professional and expert in this field. Throughout the entire process, she demonstrated an unmatched level of dedication, knowledge, and exceptional customer service. She took the time to understand our needs, preferences, and budget, and never rushed us into buying. She knew we needed to find a home where we truly would be happy after the first few weeks would be over and the euphoria of a new home wears off. We truly believe that her networking skills played a significant role in securing our dream home at the right price. This was the only offer we made, and even though at first it felt we lost, but we were able to close. Nisha has a great support team, and she connected us to the loan agent with whom we completed our loan. He was also exceptional at all points when it was required for a strong offer! Even after the closing, Nisha has continued to offer her support and assistance, making sure the transition into my new home was smooth and stress-free. Nisha helped us purchase our dream home during pandemic. She was available every time we called to see different homes. She guided us through different homes (pro's and con's) before we found the home that met all our requirements. Once we decided to make the offer Nisha made sure we were making the offer at a price that would allow our offer to be selected. She is very knowledgeable about all the processes, forms to complete and resources needed to complete the purchase (or even sell). She takes time to answer all the questions and never rushes through the process. She is thorough in her follow-ups. She goes above and beyond the services that a realtors (generally) provide.
