We needed to change from a countertop range to a new oven + range combo, but the pipes were arranged in such a way that the oven could not be installed properly. I called on a Sunday, not certain if they even handle gas pipes, and they offered some time slots on Monday. “Had a stopped up kitchen sink on Saturday. Called Rooter Hero and they came out on Sunday and cleaned out the line totally fixing the problem. They also ran a camera throughout the line making sure it was clear. Other companies wanted to charge a fee for emergency service since it was a Sunday. But Rooter Hero came out immediately and charged less than 60 bucks. I couldn’t believe it. Another company quoted me over 200 for the same service. Rooter Hero is my new plumbing company from now on. They are Heroes!“

What started as a simple kitchen line issue (that I had initially called a competitor for, won’t mention a name but they are not the hero in this story wink*wink*) turned into me reaching out to this company for a second opinion. A couple of different technicians came out, and at first there was some contradictory advice which led to a hydro jet of my main line, but the kitchen line was still acting up.

Long story short, the service manager personally got involved, really listened to everything, and turned it into a training moment for his staff. He went above and beyond to make sure my situation was handled the right way, that the problem was fixed, and that I clearly understood all of my options moving forward.

At the end of the day, my expectations weren’t just met, they were exceeded. I’m extremely satisfied and grateful for the way everything was handled. To me, this defines an incredible business. We are all human, people make mistakes, but when you stand behind your work, stay true to your word, and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction, couldn’t ask for anything more.
