“Great customer service! Chris and Steve have now saved my bacon twice. Water heater was leaking from outside closet into garage. Steve was there in a few hours and not only replaced the heater, but brought everything up to new codes, cleaned and dried out the flooring in the closet. Chris showed up at the end to help and they both thoroughly explained how the new setup works. They genuinely are interested in making sure you, the customer, are completely satisfied with their work. I would give them more than 5 stars if it were available!“

“Water heater died on Saturday the 24th of February. Had a competitor come out. Needless to say I won’t call them back. Called Signature Plumbing on Monday at 10:00 am. Was told they had an opening that evening. Plumber arrived 2 hrs early and knew exactly what the issue was. Replaced Gas Valve (which he had in his truck) and all is good. This was a warranty issue. We were charged what I consider to be reasonable fee for labor. Fixed in 40 minutes. Would definitely use Signature again.“

I have had many plumbing problems at my house over the past 10 years and other plumbers that I have used only fix the surface issue, these guys get to the root of the problem, so once it's fixed it's fixed for good!
