It was a bit of black work, but he was very precise with his tattooing so he didn't have to keep going over it and chew up my skin. He was very professional and easy to work with. Reasonably priced compared to other quotes i got from other shops and I'm super happy with how it came out.Didn't catch her name, but the girl at the front desk was also really friendly and there was an overall welcoming vibe in the shop.Would go back to Erick and this shop again.“

“Rena and her team were so amazing on our wedding day, and she is a true artist when it comes to hair and makeup!! We used Bright Crystal for our wedding day on 10/21/23 at Neighborhood Church and La Venta. We were all staying at Terranea, which Rena has a lot of experience doing for weddings and her and her team have their system down pat! Rena also actually did the hair and makeup for my older sisters wedding and we all loved our hair and makeup so much that I wanted her back for my wedding ? The HUA artists for BCM arrived early (at 6:45 AM) and kept us on schedule all morning, as well as executed all of the looks that all my bridesmaids, my mom, and my mother in law and grandmas wanted to perfection - they also were great to be around the morning of and so professional. They were happy to do tweaks for the bridesmaids who just wanted to implement a few changes, as well as did touch ups before everyone before the wedding. Everyone raved about their hair and my grandmas felt so beautiful Rena also made me look exactly how I’ve wanted to as a bride on my wedding day…natural, beautiful, modern, radiant, and like myself. I wouldn’t recommend any other HUA vendor for your wedding!! She’s especially amazing with Asian hair and makeup because I feel like some HUA artists struggle with Asian skin tone and hair, so it felt really great to have someone I was confident understood the look I was going for and is so talented ? My eye brows were severely scarred from previous eye brow tattoo by another person, and Hannah took her time to correct it (I think it took almost 2.5+hrs - almost 3hrs) and it sure does look way better. Eye lashes look so natural that my female coworkers were very impressed and complemented!! Super nice she's in Torrance and I won't have to go to Ktown or OC for a good eye brow/eye lash place. Aside from her great skills and service, she is such a friendly and lovely person too, I just can't stop chatting with her during my sessions and time just flies. Totally recommend her.“

“I wish I took a before and after so you could see what a great job Rumany did with my highlights. She is very experienced with color, it looks great when I put it up or back and not any weird lines. I went to her for the first time last week based on her location, reviews and prices. It's ridiculous how expensive it is to get your hair done these days, especially in the South Bay. I ended up getting a haircut too because I desperately needed it. She did a great job listening to my likes/ dislikes and gave me what I was looking for. I will definitely be coming back. The only suggestion I would have is to play some light music as it was very quiet.“
