I was with him while he completed the process and he explained the what, why and results of each test including what a negative test might entail. At the electrical box I mentioned how difficult it was to open and he took the time make a repair and it now functions smoothly. A definite step above and beyond. When completed Ryan provided a written summary and recommendation for service. That was scheduled and service completed. Ryan is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and personable.
