Instead of just giving up, and with his excellent knowledge and expertise he helped talk me through options and came up with a great long-term solution. We decided to move the water heater completely out of the house and into the garage, and Dan made it all happen, even adjusting his schedule so that my family wouldn’t be without hot water.
