Excellent service and communication, and finished my solar install ahead of schedule. My only gripe is I still don't understand why they painted the exposed conduit on the roof as part of the deal, but wanted to charge me extra to paint the same conduit on the side of the house, even though I supplied the paint. It took awhile for PGE to do their part as for the connection, but that is on PGE.

All of the folks that we had contact with at Urban Design were courteous, professional and responsive to our inquiries. They installed a 15kw solar system, 100A panel in my shop and a circuit out to the she shed as scheduled. I'm in the middle of getting solar panels during this super hectic time of NEM2 pricing going to the more expensive NEM3. Every Urban designs representative have been amazing, super cooperative and patient with my repeated phone calls and emails. Their pricing was fair, gave me the perfect design location of the panels. The site walk employee was on my roof for an hour in absolute pouring rain and still had a smile on his face when he finished. Once I had the employee's cell phone numbers communication was perfect... their generic phone number system is annoying using a third party that asks so many questions every time you call - they are being slammed with business...read full review
