3-6-23 Employee named Dan came to magalia in 3 foot of snow while it was still snowing to fix the bathtub clog. I have senior mom with me and my back is out from shoveling for a whole week and I need to take a hot bath. He could have said no it was too dangerous to drive up here because they're not plowing the roads. Thank you so much for coming up in the snow storm to fix my bathtub clog!!!! Hands down thank you!Service: Drain cleaning

Professional and friendly, my sink installation was not typical. Dan did a great job overcoming obstacles . I am very pleased and will continue to call plumbing for all plumbing needs.

I called Dan early on a Thursday morning. We had a strange leak inside the wall (at least we thought) and couldn't determine the issue on our own. Dan was busy, like most plumbers are, but said he could come by later in the afternoon to check it out. All the other places we called said it would be "sometime next week". Dan showed up Thursday afternoon like he said and went to work trying to locate the problem. Unfortunately, since we were losing daylight, he was unable to figure out exactly where the leak was coming from and thought it could potentially be one of the pipes in the wall.
