“This rating is for customer service: I called today because our air conditioner went out and the gentleman I spoke to was so nice to refer us to another company because he’s about three weeks out for appointments at present.Most companies don’t do that and I really appreciate it. If I ever get a chance to patronize this business I’ll update my review and talk about the service from that aspect.“
