Friendly, professional, well-organized and welcoming.No matter what your fitness level (mine is at 'Sloth' but slowly improving) their methodology is a good fit for all. If you're a time-poor professional like me, the focused high intensity 30 min workouts are a great option.All of the trainers are genuinely great to work out with and push you just hard to enough to ensure progress without wanting to quit... though you may occasionally want to curse at them!Wayne and Stephen, the owners, run a really tight ship, the facility is always meticulously clean and their custom app makes it incredibly easy to book workouts.They also have physical therapist available to help with rehab, mobility and functional wellness. “Don't bother going anywhere else. This is the BEST place for Physical Therapy. From therapists to office staff, they give the highest level of professional, personal and effective care. The environment is upbeat and friendly. I recently had shoulder surgery; my team in the Glendale center, headed up by the amazing Armand, DPT. with Josue and Hunter assisting was the highest quality. My team was incredibly knowledgable, encouraging, and supportive, and healed me in record time. Unlike some other companies, at Aspire your PT is responsible for your case from start to finish; they are there with you hands-on every session. Elizabeth in the office is quickly available to handle scheduling issues and fantastic at fitting everyone in, which is a really big deal when you're hurting and needing care. Also, Aspire has several venues.... our son went to the LaCanada office after knee surgery; their hands-on manipulation, exercises and guidance made a difference with each session. Honestly, we've been given referrals to other PT companies because they are "in-system". We give them a try but after 2 or 3 sessions of big-medicine, impersonal factory treatment, where we leave the office hurting as much as when we went in, we're back at Aspire for their personal, knowledgable and professional care. “Ray is a phenomenal trainer and coach! When I first started working with Ray, I was almost 200 pounds (for reference, I'm 5'8" and a woman) and was extremely uncomfortable in my own body. Even though I have been working out since 1987, this is the first time I have ever been trained like a real athlete. I was not a high school or college athlete but i do take my working out seriously. I have had one on one trainers for years before COVID. However this place is dedicated to what you need and quite motivational. Contrary to the negative review regarding the versa climber class, I get pushed just the right amount. Julian in particular knows just what I can and cannot do; even when I don't think I can do it. And if he makes it a little too hard and I cannot do the full set, he knows to work me towards that goal and when I actually do accomplish it, I feel even better! The workouts are specific for my needs. And they never get boring. My 16 year old son also trains there as he is a swimmer. Supplementing the specific strength exercises with his swimming have made all the difference in the world. I recommend Jacques, Julian and Carlos!“

“Wow! Who would have thought 20-30 minutes would give me the results I wanted AND needed?!! I've worked with two of their trainers, and they were fabulous. This gym is unlike any other. For my workout, I was the only one there--that's how they do it. It makes it such a personally tailored experience. They have a secret sauce that has changed every strength-training workout since.
