I found the front desk receptionist rude. No greeting when we signed in and when I presented my credit card she said they have a surcharge for processing it. The tone was not sincere. Customer service needs work. But the doctor was fine.

Wow! Amazing visit today. I was instantly greeted by Maryann who was so pleasant and accommodating. I didn't have a sitter and didn't want to cancel my appointment so I brought my son and she gave him gold fish which he loved!! Olivia took us back and she was so sweet and nice. She gave my son some attention which was so sweet. Dr BESHIR was amazing. Great bed side manners and was very thorough. Made me feel very attended to and not rushed at all. She gave me great options and skin care opinions which I needed. She also had Olivia give me some samples on the way out! On our way out Maryann gave my son another pack of gold fish that were different. Overall amazing visit...read full review

Friendly staff, easy to get in for an appointment and paperwork wasn't overly burdensome. Met with Dr. Osley and she quickly reviewed my concern areas and set my mind at ease. Described the type of skin issue I was seeing and assured me it was not cancerous. Offered to freeze it to remove the scaly appearance of it and I was quickly and nearly painlessly treated.
