Asked my primary dr to redirect me somewhere else. Whoever is in charge of checking authorizations needs to be trained ! The way they wasted my time today is unbelievable! You can't be seen something about my insurance , I leave call my dr and find out they don't know how to do thier job I should've been seen, I call them to let them know turns out they didnt even bother to check my insurance on the portal! they say oh come back as if I'm on thier schedule it's hard to make it to appts when you have little ones arrangements were made just terrible !Zero stars!

The doctors attention is horrible! He starts writing and never turns to you, gets frustrated when you start asking questions. And the nurse who helps him when he’s not around, she wants to answer all your questions in 5 minutes or less, does not have the patience to sit with you and try to figure out the issue. They are over booked and can’t give you the time or attention you deserve as a client. Do NOT go to this clinic, you will waste your time. You will come out frustrated, tired, & sad because they did not assist you professionally or adequately.

Please stay away from this place if you can.This is one of the worst medical offices I've ever been to. When I showed up to my appointment the office was jam packed with people and they had clearly overbooked. The receptionist was exceptionally rude to me, I didn't have a printed referral on me so they went out of the way to explain to me just how much harder I've made their day more difficult.As I waited for an hour to be seen, I saw so many frustrated people get up and leave because they had been waiting forever and just had to leave. The doctor I saw didn't answer any of my questions making the whole experience pointless in the end.Now, months later, I have a bill...read full review
