“I would give them 100 stars if I could! It was a painful decision to put our first baby to sleep. It was hard for us and my toddler. But they were great from the beginning. While other company pushing me to commit the appointment when I was struggling what's the best for my cat. Restful paws was being so kind with they soft tones and told me it's ok to cancel on the day of if I can't let go. I did keep my appointment but it comforts me and release the pressure when they told me I have the option to change my mind on the day It was a super hot day. Doctor was so patience to wait for us saying goodbye to our boy and prepare everything professionally. Even offer something to help my toddler feels better. She gave us space and time to have a proper ceremony for our cat when she was standing there with us under the heat wave. I can't say enough thank you for that. It took me couple months before I can write this review but I'm grateful for their help and I highly recommend them. Thank you again to help our sweet boy passing smoothly and peacefully“
“i have been going to Cat Clinic for years and have always had quality care at a fair price. Dr. Innes is a cat whisperer that is amazing and cares dearly for any cat that walks ...err, unwillingly hauled.. through the door. I considered switching to another cat clinic because Mill Valley is a tid bit far from where I moved, but after a recent scare, Cat Clinic was able to help me see my cat in a pinch and I am firmly willing to suck up the extra distance. Why? I was worried that my cat was refusing food, and literally no clinic in the Bay Area was able to see him on the same day. Not only was Dr. Innes able to fit him into his schedule, but he did not insist on 50 cat (or CAT) scans or bloodwork tests that would assuredly cost an arm and a leg. He simply felt around my cat's abdomen and neck to check for pain before determining that he probably just needed an anti-nausea shot to get my cat feeling fine about eating kibble again. Sure enough, my cat was right as rain in no time. Love Dr. Innes and will come back in the future for sure.“
“I'm sorry I waited so long to do this! They rebuilt my little dog's knee two years ago. He was broken down and they said he would go back to life before and he did!!! Their care was top notch as was the follow through and the directions with meds (including giving liquids cause he was such a PAIN with pills). The staff was so kind and professional. I'd give ten stars if I could.“
“We love this vet!!! Everyone is so knowledgeable and welcoming. We had already been loving this place for standard care, but recently our dog got a foxtail stuck in his nose (on a Sunday night) so we took him to the emergency vet only to be hit with a huge bill and they didn't find it. We took him here a few days later and they got it right away! They do a great job for a fair price and we are so lucky to have them so close by.“
“I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Dogra and his clinic. My experience with them was nothing short of great. Dr. Dogra and his staff made me feel welcomed and at ease from the moment I walked in. He took the time to listen to my concerns about my German Shepherd and conducted a thorough examination with care and precision. His knowledge and experience were evident as he explained the diagnosis and treatment plan in detail, ensuring I understood every step of the process. One aspect that particularly impressed me was Dr. Dogra's attention to detail and professionalism. He provided all the necessary notes for my dog's insurance claim, making the process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend Dr. Dogra to anyone in need of a veterinarian who provides exceptional care with compassion and expertise. Thank you, for your commitment to the health and happiness of our furry friends!“
“Words are not enough to express how grateful I am for the exceptional care provided by Dr. May and the team at Aggie Dental Clinic. From the first time I called I immediately felt welcomed and cared for. Maria answered the phone, and is one of the kindest and most helpful receptionists I've ever encountered. She gave me great advice on how to coordinate our vet and cardiology visits to get Holden seen as soon as possible, and she helped answer all my many questions, making me feel like I was in great hands from the start. Once Holden and I arrived at the vet I had further proof that Aggie's is a special place. When you come in you are greeted by a board that welcomes all the pets that will be seen that day, with all their names. It made me smile to see Holden's name, and I knew that he'd be well taken care of. At the consult I met Dr. May, who made me feel even more reassured that I was in the right place. He was so incredibly knowledgeable, had a very calming and cheerful demeanor, and took his time to examine Holden. Given Holden's high-risk status due to his age and asthma, they wanted to conduct more exams including an echo, to ensure anesthesia would be safe for him. They were able to do Holden's teeth cleaning the very next week, and they reassured me that Holden would be the first to be treated that day. As an anxious pet parent, a day or two before the cleaning I sent Dr. May a long email with loads of questions. I was a bit worried that he'd lose patience, but instead he responded quickly, answering each question with great care and attention to detail. On the day of the procedure, Maria quelled my nerves with her patient demeanor. Dr. May kept me informed throughout, even calling to update me on Holden's status under anesthesia. I was able to get Holden home by noon, and was so pleased by how everything went! In the end they only needed to pull four teeth, much less than I feared, and the before-and-after pictures of Holden's teeth were night and day - I'll post them here so you can see the magic that Dr. May pulled - now Holden's teeth are shinier than mine! After the procedure, Dr. May and Wendy from reception provided clear instructions and medications, and Wendy took extra time to explain what I should expect, how to take care of Holden, when and how to give him medication to aid in his recovery, etc. She then sent me home with a package with Holden's name handwritten in the front, and all the medicines he'd need over the next few days. This was Holden's second dental cleaning, and this experience was so much better than my last (which had been with another vet.) Holden was much less groggy, likely due to the milder anesthesia, his teeth are so much cleaner, and he seemed pain-free throughout his recovery thanks to the medication they'd given him. Since the cleaning Holden has gained weight, has more energy, eats more, and seems much happier and healthier overall. Dr. May and his team have given my kitty a new lease on life, and I am incredibly thankful. Thank you, Dr. May and the entire Aggie Dental Clinic team, for your exceptional care and for helping Holden live a healthier, happier life in his older years! I'll be sure to bring all our cats to you for any cleaning moving forward (we have four!) and to recommend you to anyone I know who has pets and needs an awesome dentist!“
“Outstanding. Dr. Steele was a rock during one of the most difficult occasions my children and I have experienced. Caring, professional, thoughtful, and genuine. If you are unfortunate in having to contemplate and arrange a final goodbye, I couldn’t recommend her more highly.“

“Twin Cities Vet Hospital has been taking good care of my babies for years! The staff and doctors are so kind and knowledgeable. Very sincere and caring.“
“Dr. Mats Koelimij is an amazing doctor! He has helped several of my pets and is understanding and all the staff at PSAH are so sweet and helpful and amazing at their jobs“
“Not accepting new clients. Disappointing when I have a new pet and trying to find a vet that's close to by.“
“Dr.Kafka has been great in the overall care of our cat. Recently she really helped us with an emergence situation with our cat. She knew that he had to go on a special diet which likely saved his life. We are so grateful!“
“Walked up to this wonderful busy little local eatery. Waited for a few minutes, but it was worth it. The clam chowder was excellent. "The Louisiana Hot" was on special- Basically an egg scramble with onions, bell peppers, spinach, jack cheese and Louisiana sausage. Delicious to say the least. Debra and the staff was incredible.“
“I came here while visiting family in Mill Valley. I needed to update my pups vaccines and they were able to get Mushu in right away. The staff are very friendly and it’s the kind of place that feels like a trusted neighborhood clinic that’s been attending to pets for a long time. Dr Willitt is so friendly and knowledgeable and Mushu was calm in his care.“
“Amazing vets and vet techs! Have been going here for years with both my dogs and my family's pets!“
“I've been seeing Dr.Fry and his team for years. I value their transparency and for answering my silly questions. I have never gotten the sense that I'm being taken advantage of or upsold products or services. Taking my 8 year old lab here is easy, and they treat her well. Keep doing what you guys are doing! ♥️“
“Staff is always super friendly and helpful. I am able to get appointments when I need them and my animals also love coming here. They are running to get to the door.“
“So thankful to Golden Gate. I called 3 other dermatology specialists in the bay area, and all 3 were giving me a wait time of 4 months. When I called GG they gave me about 2 month wait time but, listened. The receptionist I spoke with was so kind and didn't dismiss my dogs issues but encouraged me to be my dogs advocate. She told me to send pictures and even stayed on the phone to confirm I got my confirmation email. I live in Palo Alto, which should tell you how far I'm willing to go for my dog. They got me in the following week. The nurses were amazing and gentle with my dog, and Dr. Fleschman was so thorough and the medications he prescribed are working so well. Luna is a senior dog with horrible fur loss and scans all over. Thankful to the doctor and incredible staff .10/10.“
“We love our Mill Valley Vet as much as our Dog, Lucky does. As you can see from the photo, he can't wait to get past the reception area to see Dr. Hunter. She really gives him great care and he's a healthy 12 year old puppy thanks to her and her terrific staff. Everyone here has great attitude and skills.“
“I love this vet's practice. Real life, no nonsense advice and they take care of my poor stupid cats when they get themselves into trouble.“
“Our appointment with you was punctual, pleasant, and reassuring. It is hard to deal with the public and personalities. It is my guess that it is people, not animals, who make the veterinary profession so hard. Thank you for creating an atmosphere of peacefulness in your clinic.“
“My 8-year-old little guy has been with us since he was 3.5 years old. In his thrill to have a renewed life, he's had his ear bitten in half by a blackbird, when he ran into their pack. He had dog COVID, this year's rare virus reported by UCDavis, obstipation from eating lotsa sand (it tasted like fish), and spindle cell cancer, wherein his paw and leg has been reconstructed with dog cadavers. He's been cancer free for a year and a half. Dukito Ellington (named by his original Mexican family, has shown resilience, pure joy, and determination. I called SFAMC when I saw some sort of foreign "object" in his eye; like a narrow white "shoelace" running horizontally across his whole eye. From the initial call, the warmth and helpfulness was assured. The phone greeter was willing to give an estimate of the wait time...which was hardly any. Whereas, it's more familiar to hear the phone intake person to say "We cannot give even a broad estimate, as it's not our policy." When we arrived, we were welcomed and triaged to Katie, a conscientious, educational, empathic staff tech. She took a complete history, including medical and behavioral, emotional. It was impressive to watch her commitment to Dukito's whole health. It was clear this work is her passion. When Katie reappeared with Dukito post vet visit, she brought a wagging, energetic Dukito. That white "shoestring" lie on a piece of paper to show me. Dr. Ann MacFarlane was the interventionist, along with Katie. Removed was a long, bold fuzz strip from his new favorite toy. OMG, what a sense of relief I had! Then came a gesture of true humanity: Katie informed me that Dr. MacFarlane and she found Dukito to be a remarkable survivor with a sweet personality...and there would be no charge, as I didn't need to see the Doctor. I wanted to cry! Kindness like this shows like neon in today's world. I walked away benefiting from so much; the skill, education, comfort, caring, just to name a few of the "gifts". Five stars is hardly enough.“
“Best cat clinic we have used. The team is super friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. They have helped us with emergency care as well as the standard stuff prioritizing optimizing what is best for our cat while indexing on the solutions that offer the least discomfort for her. They are fantastic“
“What a wonderful warm well run Vets animal hospital & clinic. VCA Madera Pet Hospital. I brought my pure white cat with pink ears ready to hear he had a cancerous growth on his ear. After Dr Kim Robertson did a very thorough exam of "Mr Bunny" we left with written, verbal and demonstration of how to care for "Mr Bunny's " boo boo (bruise) ! Dr Robertson gave an extremely thorough exam, washed out both ears and gave me ear drops to do at home. She also educated me on a new injection to ease feline arthritis. Good to know. I feel bad not remembering all the assistances names. All were extremely helpful. It is a very busy place but all did their jobs to make it run so smoothly. I even was told about a first appt. coupon and shown how to download. I am extremely pleased with the care ! Thank you so much !“
“This man did wonders for my dog that just passed away. He thinks outside the box and his bedside manner is second to none. He gave me something I simply can't give back; a dignified, pain free, happy extended time on this earth for my dog when other vets had nothing left to offer. Easily the best vet in San Francisco.“
