A competent and respectable vet service operating in San Rafael. It is commonplace that vet appointments are often very difficult to arrange in a timely matter which is not the case with this Vet Clinic. They were relatively quick to get us seen and the clinic is clean and pretty and well organized. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and willing to educate as well as treat. The only problem I have with this clinic is a problem I have with the entire vet business as a whole: for a relatively simple visit I was charged steeply. Kind and caring staff. They seem to really love what they do! People who bring their ‘other’ family members in for an appointment always have a smile on their face. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting for both humans and fur people.

Wonderful staff. The founder of this hospital is regularly there even after 40 years of service.I've never felt overcharged and the folks here are just decent and honest.I can't imagine taking my pets anywhere else in the area.
