“i have been going to Cat Clinic for years and have always had quality care at a fair price. Dr. Innes is a cat whisperer that is amazing and cares dearly for any cat that walks ...err, unwillingly hauled.. through the door. I considered switching to another cat clinic because Mill Valley is a tid bit far from where I moved, but after a recent scare, Cat Clinic was able to help me see my cat in a pinch and I am firmly willing to suck up the extra distance. Why? I was worried that my cat was refusing food, and literally no clinic in the Bay Area was able to see him on the same day. Not only was Dr. Innes able to fit him into his schedule, but he did not insist on 50 cat (or CAT) scans or bloodwork tests that would assuredly cost an arm and a leg. He simply felt around my cat's abdomen and neck to check for pain before determining that he probably just needed an anti-nausea shot to get my cat feeling fine about eating kibble again. Sure enough, my cat was right as rain in no time. Love Dr. Innes and will come back in the future for sure.“
“I'm sorry I waited so long to do this! They rebuilt my little dog's knee two years ago. He was broken down and they said he would go back to life before and he did!!! Their care was top notch as was the follow through and the directions with meds (including giving liquids cause he was such a PAIN with pills). The staff was so kind and professional. I'd give ten stars if I could.“
“Twin Cities Vet Hospital has been taking good care of my babies for years! The staff and doctors are so kind and knowledgeable. Very sincere and caring.“
“Dr.Kafka has been great in the overall care of our cat. Recently she really helped us with an emergence situation with our cat. She knew that he had to go on a special diet which likely saved his life. We are so grateful!“
“Staff is always super friendly and helpful. I am able to get appointments when I need them and my animals also love coming here. They are running to get to the door.“
“I love this vet's practice. Real life, no nonsense advice and they take care of my poor stupid cats when they get themselves into trouble.“
“My 8-year-old little guy has been with us since he was 3.5 years old. In his thrill to have a renewed life, he's had his ear bitten in half by a blackbird, when he ran into their pack. He had dog COVID, this year's rare virus reported by UCDavis, obstipation from eating lotsa sand (it tasted like fish), and spindle cell cancer, wherein his paw and leg has been reconstructed with dog cadavers. He's been cancer free for a year and a half. Dukito Ellington (named by his original Mexican family, has shown resilience, pure joy, and determination. I called SFAMC when I saw some sort of foreign "object" in his eye; like a narrow white "shoelace" running horizontally across his whole eye. From the initial call, the warmth and helpfulness was assured. The phone greeter was willing to give an estimate of the wait time...which was hardly any. Whereas, it's more familiar to hear the phone intake person to say "We cannot give even a broad estimate, as it's not our policy." When we arrived, we were welcomed and triaged to Katie, a conscientious, educational, empathic staff tech. She took a complete history, including medical and behavioral, emotional. It was impressive to watch her commitment to Dukito's whole health. It was clear this work is her passion. When Katie reappeared with Dukito post vet visit, she brought a wagging, energetic Dukito. That white "shoestring" lie on a piece of paper to show me. Dr. Ann MacFarlane was the interventionist, along with Katie. Removed was a long, bold fuzz strip from his new favorite toy. OMG, what a sense of relief I had! Then came a gesture of true humanity: Katie informed me that Dr. MacFarlane and she found Dukito to be a remarkable survivor with a sweet personality...and there would be no charge, as I didn't need to see the Doctor. I wanted to cry! Kindness like this shows like neon in today's world. I walked away benefiting from so much; the skill, education, comfort, caring, just to name a few of the "gifts". Five stars is hardly enough.“
“Best cat clinic we have used. The team is super friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. They have helped us with emergency care as well as the standard stuff prioritizing optimizing what is best for our cat while indexing on the solutions that offer the least discomfort for her. They are fantastic“
