I’ve been taking my dog here since I adopted her in 2019 and every time we go it is a good experience. The vets are always very helpful and kind and answer all my questions. I have a very anxious pup and everyone that works there is always so patient and sweet to her.I’m sad we’re moving away and have to change vets but definitely would recommend Urban Pet Hospital to others for their pets :)

I called Urban Pet Hospital to inquire if they had emergency services and if my dog which had a uti, needed to be seen right away. They gave me the option to bring her in in the next thirty minutes as they had an appointment available which I appreciated them telling me as it spared me the emergency cost. They were nothing short of gentle, kind and personable with me and my husky! They provided great care and at a great cost. A huge thank you to all the staff as they made something that’s usually very stressful a walk in the park.

I have been taking my pups to urban pet for a few years now and they have seen both my pups as patients. The vets, vet techs, and front desk staff are all extremely friendly and warm, and you can tell they genuinely care about your pet. I want to especially shout out the front desk team because they are always quick to respond and help resolve any questions I have for them. Pets are part of your family and mean so much, so it's really comforting to know you're bringing your furry friend to a place that they will be well cared for.
