“Death is never easy. But Family memorial services made the process as simple as possible. My mom was in hospice. After her transition, they picked her up. Everyone from the morgue to the office, to the service, was exceptional. The two gentleman that picked my mom up prayed with us. At the service my mom looked beautiful. She looked like herself. Ms. D was there every step of the way. She explained the business part of death eloquently and sincerely. When we laughed, she laughed with us. When we cried, she comforted us. I highly recommend this mortuary. There is so much when releasing our departed; so many moving parts. Ms. D and Family Memorial streamlined the process from beginning to end.
