Death is never easy. But Family memorial services made the process as simple as possible. My mom was in hospice. After her transition, they picked her up. Everyone from the morgue to the office, to the service, was exceptional. The two gentleman that picked my mom up prayed with us. At the service my mom looked beautiful. She looked like herself. Ms. D was there every step of the way. She explained the business part of death eloquently and sincerely. When we laughed, she laughed with us. When we cried, she comforted us. When tasked with taking the lead on making funeral arrangements for a recently departed loved one can be stressful. There are so many emotions going on at the same time, while ensuring your loved one has a dignified service. I am glad we chose Family Memorial Services. In such a short time period they had it all done. They took so much off my plate, which allowed me the time to gieve. They personalized the service (color scheme, floral arrangement, prayer cards, portraits, church selection, even catering service) for my beloved brother.The staff were amazing.
