“Fabulous experience, customer service above and beyond my expectations. Called a few roofers and Greg from RNR roofing responded right away. Set up an appointment and came out and gave me a quote. Set the date, told me Mon. and Tue. they would tear off old roof and Thur. and Fri. they would roof the house. Crew showed up and worked all day (a rarity up here on the mountain.) Completed work as promised. Crews cleaned up after themselves, used a magnet multiple times to pick up any nails on the ground. I am very satisfied with the work and company. Would recommend them.“

Josh Rock was outstanding from start to finish in terms of clearly outlining the process, work to be completed, costs, and project updates. When any issue or question arose, Josh was on it immediately and was super-responsive. The crew on-site (led by Luis and Jesus) was exceptional. They worked 7 days a week and typically started at 6:30 AM. They were very focused on the details and did a good job cleaning up at the end of each day. They take a lot of pride in their craftsmanship, and it shows. I've worked with many contractors over time, and these guys are top notch. Great job!“

“well we have been doing business with this company for the last 20 years. Carl Smith was the one I worked with and we even had a "maintenance " contract that we renewed every year and that took care of all the roof checks and repairs if needed. At that time I would give 5 stars. But unfortunately Carl, either passed away or retired and his son Mike took over. In winter of 2021, Mike did do the maintenance repair which had to be redone because of errors one of his guys made. But this year when I attempted to contact them for the yearly roof check, I have not been able to contact them and it looks like they have gone out of busines. The business license is no longer active.“
