well we have been doing business with this company for the last 20 years. Carl Smith was the one I worked with and we even had a "maintenance " contract that we renewed every year and that took care of all the roof checks and repairs if needed. At that time I would give 5 stars. But unfortunately Carl, either passed away or retired and his son Mike took over. In winter of 2021, Mike did do the maintenance repair which had to be redone because of errors one of his guys made. But this year when I attempted to contact them for the yearly roof check, I have not been able to contact them and it looks like they have gone out of busines. The business license is no longer active.
We highly recommend Mr. Patchman's owner, Mike Smith.Always gets back to us promptly whenever we contact him and works us into his busy schedule as soon as he can. We are very satisfied with his work. Efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. In fact, he deserves six stars!
Wonderful honest company!! I called three roofers about fixing a broken eave (fallen tree knocked it out), and all said they go up and give a quote. ONLY Patchman did what they promised and quoted me on fixing the hole and not reroofing the whole cabin. It's hit or miss with roofers (mostly miss), but Patchman hit it out of the park!
