“well we have been doing business with this company for the last 20 years. Carl Smith was the one I worked with and we even had a "maintenance " contract that we renewed every year and that took care of all the roof checks and repairs if needed. At that time I would give 5 stars. But unfortunately Carl, either passed away or retired and his son Mike took over. In winter of 2021, Mike did do the maintenance repair which had to be redone because of errors one of his guys made. But this year when I attempted to contact them for the yearly roof check, I have not been able to contact them and it looks like they have gone out of busines. The business license is no longer active.“

“Great experience with Ortiz Roofing! They did a fantastic job on our new roof. We had the entire roof stripped and replaced. They showed up early and worked late to get the job done. They addressed any concerns we had during the roofing process and did a great job cleaning up after the work was complete. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend.“
“Peter Cortez showed up after a month of not showing up. He apologized for his lack of response and he was able to assess and resolve the problem with my leak. He sent his team to handle the problem a day earlier than he said. Thankful that he took care of business.“
