“Tried their 5am class through Class Pass and loved it. 45 minute workout with stations setup. You follow the specific workout at your station on the screen. Showers and restrooms are in the back. They have open cubbies and towels are provided. Easy parking at the strip mall it's located in. Great music and vibes. The coach was great and walked around checking in on everyone.“
“I've been attending this training center for the past three weeks, and it's been a great experience. The small group setting provides accountability, which has helped me stay committed. Even though drive to fitness center takes me 30+ minutes sometimes after work hour due to traffic, individualized attention makes it worth it. He is a well qualified trainer and a licensed physical therapist with a phd. He not only treats his clients but gives them information to make better choices in improving their health. His office is very clean and comfortable. Phil only uses state of the art equipment for his clients and patients. He offers individual care and training each time. His bedside manner is great and professional. I like that he listens and works with your health issues. “As a hobo I love this place. It's less than $50 a month to shower. If you are homeless (voluntarily or otherwise) you can park and sleep in your car at Hoag Hospital for about $10 a day. You won't have to worry about criminals or security as people will assume you're there for a relative so they won't bother you. Helps if you have a newer car.
Doing the math, that's about $350 to sleep and shower. If you want to idle your engine all night add another $300. Still cheaper than anything habitable around the area.
This was my strategy on a recent vacation, but might also help you out if you want to save money and work locally here.
I use anytime to save money on hotels when I travel all over. Far better than Planet Fitness since you get your own private bathroom to shower in. Just don't hog it during peak hours.“
