“We've been going to see Dr. Tsai for 2 years for Myopia Care, specifically Ortho K, for my now 14yr and 12yr olds. The staff is always very friendly. The location is clean and inviting, and their waiting area is great for entertaining little ones. Very very rarely have we had to wait long for our appointments. Dr. Tsai is patient and attentive when actually seeing us. I appreciate that she very knowledgeable and answers all our questions thoroughly. “I love people optical! I first went in there last month to get an eye exam and new glasses but had to go back today because they got run over by a car :(. I was super sad, but also worried that I would have to pay a lot and wait a while to get new ones. But just as they were the first time, everyone there was so helpful and kind. Scott helped me out this time and was able to fix them at no extra cost within a matter of 15/20 minutes! He was able to reuse my lenses (which had completely popped out when my glasses were crushed), and provide me with a new, but same, frame. 10/10, Scott quite literally made my whole day and I left their store a happier person. Some places are very much based on the lens and their ability to provide a high-quality lens made exactly as as necessary and positioned in a frame to make the best use of that lens. Your optics offers all these things. They have an amazing talent for shopping beautiful frames, providing them to you, and putting a lot of energy into what you care about and how you want to appear. they have decades of experience at fitting. And they make amazing lenses. I have bought the most expensive top quality progressive lenses for decades the product they make is amazing. This is the most professional eyewear location I could find. Despite all the money I have spent buying the best glasses that could be bought and being pretty happy with those, they were able to make me the best pair I've ever had for a little less money than I had been spending. Not cheap but not overpriced. The par I ended up getting were JF Rey. I don't want to say much about where I used to go which is a big company that buys out everyone else, has a McDonald's type eye exam and lens order process and tries to undermine the industry by taking over source materials around the world.“

“I love my Warby Parker glasses, which have survived five years and adjustments at locations in Atlanta, Philadelphia, and SoCal. This is by far the best location I’ve come across- super friendly staff immediately greeted me and were able to adjust my frames with no wait. The technician even offered me a new case and free eclipse glasses. Highly recommend this store and look forward to my next visit.“

I’ve always had great experiences with my annual vision check as he has always been throughly with his exams and explained everything to me in a clear concise manner. However, I had a recent eye trauma that resulted in vision impairment. First, his office staff went above and beyond to fit me in his schedule in a quick time. Once, I was in the appointment he referred me over to a retina ophthalmologist. He called the ophthalmologist office and i had an appointment with them before I ever left his office. He continued to go above and beyond and after receiving the report called to check on my vision and to see how I was feeling. His office staff is professional and friendly. Dr Onishi genuinely cares for his patients and combined with his outstanding quality of care. I would highly recommend him and his office!“
