“I came in with severe sciatica due to a bulging disc, had received acupuncture, massages, epidural and nothing had helped. “Natsuko Watanabe is a physical therapist who keenly understands the deeper structural reasons that can cause pain and treats it immediately during the session. I have left the office without pain after she focused on the knee area that was causing much discomfort I one treatment. Although she does teach you exercise that supports a problem that is not her only intervention. I have been to many others PTs that simply give you a print out of exercises to do at home. Additionally the wellness aspect of her office offers excellent therapeutic shiatsu massage and Accupuncture. Those follow up treatments are effective as well.
