The staff at foothill ranch Hoag urgent care Are always professional and friendly. It starts at the receptionist desk. The ladies there have always been so kind and nice. The office is always kept clean and organized. I always have very short wait times and the doctors are very attentive and to the point. Although I hope to never have to go to the emergency room again when I do, I always go to foothill Hoag.

Was very well cared for from the moment I arrived until the time I left. I was seen quickly and diagnosed correctly by friendly and smart PA. The atmosphere very clean and professional. You will not be disappointed!!

First, the place is beautiful and spotless. The waiting area is like sitting in the lobby of a very nice hotel, complete with espresso bar. No need to be elbow to elbow with anyone. I checked in online, where I was told how many ahead of me and approximate wait time. They gave me the option of texting me, but I just drove there to wait. All I had to do was give my name to the receptionist, give one signature and a few initials and I was set. She offered me a bottle of water while I had my now five-minute wait.
