“My first time doing PT and others have told me that PT is a waste of time. So I was not expecting much but the impression was proven wrong from my first visit with Nick and eventually Brian. I had an undetected bakers cyst that ruptured and was unsure what was going on because it was not improving without help. Nick explained everything and provided me with information without me asking much. Did some muscle magic and I was feeling better already on day 1. This place does a combo of muscle therapy and exercise instead of just exercise routine. Brian continued my therapy and 4 sessions afterward I am more than 60% better. Brian has magic hands. He adjusts the therapy as needed from my descriptions. This place knows what to do for sure. James, Leslie and the supporting staffs are very professional and friendly. I have been working with Justin on a variety of injuries for the past three months or so. I tore my Tommy John, and he basically had me at 100% within the first month. We have since been working on my shoulders, and unfortunately now my ankle as well. The main factor that separates these guys is that you were never working with an aid, you spend your whole hour with the physical therapist. Even the front desk gals are amazing. 10/10!“

“This review should have been written a long time ago, but I decided to wait and just really base it off of my results with this chiropractic office. When I first went to go see Dr. Erickson, I was in a horrible condition. On my first appointment he was amazing and listened to everything I had to say. He went over my x-rays with me and explained a few methods we could try. I agreed on trying them out after having such bad luck with other chiropractors, that only made me worse and added problems. In the beginning, I was going twice a week and then after a while I was only going once a week. I do also want to mention it wasn’t the most affordable treatment but I will say this, I only made progress! Yes, there was times I’d hurt myself do to my job and everyday tasks but it was nothing Dr. Erickson couldn’t fix. With months of treatment and therapy from John and Danny, I only got better. It’s been over a year now and I have not had to visit a chiropractor and I feel normal. I am extremely satisfied and I thank God I found this place because I can’t tell you how much money I had spent in the past, to not see any results. Besides results, great attitude and work from everyone, my visits were enjoyable. A million thank yous to Dr. Erickson, John and Danny.“

“I recently had the stem cell treatment done on my low back. I have had low back pain for many years and been to a few orthopedic doctors for my back. A few have said that surgery and steroid shots are the only way to relieve my pain. I did not want to do any of that, as I have tried the steroid injections and they really do not work any longer.I had heard of the stem cell procedure offered at Towne Centre Medical and went for a consultation. After meeting with the doctors, and hearing the high success rate they were having with the stem cell treatment, I decided to have it done.I will say this, it's been 2 weeks and my pain has gone from a constant 8/10 on the pain scale, to 2/10 on the pain scale. “I have been going to California Rehab for a number of months and they have done an excellent job for me. I had a major surgery on almost my entire spine in August 2022. After about 6 months, my surgeon suggested that I could go to physical therapy. I went to three different physical therapy organizations and was not at all satisfied with my treatment and their organizational approach and behavior. I stopped going. My back was still full of pain. I had a hard time wearing my clothes and shoes and even laying down to sleep. I had to take very strong pain medication to somewhat reduce the pain. Finally, one of my physicians suggested that I should definitely try California Rehab on Aliso Creek. Reluctantly, I decided to go there and see if they were any better. I was absolutely shocked to see, on my first visit, how wonderfully they interviewed me and treated me. On my first visit, the office manager,Kaitlin, was treating me as if she had known me for a long time and as if I was a family member. She is a very kind and excellent manager. I was wonderfully surprised, but immediately thought to slow down and wait to see how the therapists were going to treat and deal with me. I was assigned to a wonderful therapist named Keith, whom I later found out is the boss at the organization. He is obviously the leader who forms and manages the excellent existence and delivery of his team Later he assigned me to Juan to continue my therapy. Again, I could not believe how kind and professionally high skilled he is.“

Also checked in for ear problems and took less than 15 min to see the doctor who recommended a procedure that was done by an excellent nurse in few minutes and her care was super professional and kind.
