I am a recurring customer every 4 weeks and she always adjusts her massage approach after checking in with me re: the current problem areas that I am dealing with that day. Her techniques for me include deep tissue massage / Swedish / shiatsu with elements of acupressure and cupping. Each visit after seeing her, I feel significantly better for a longer duration of time than with other therapists whom I previously tried.
