12/12/2023After a 10 mile hike, this was needed. If you don't know, a proper Thai massage includes a lot of stretching. They do not use traditional massage tables, instead using a mat on the floor. It is raised a bit, but much lower than normal. If you have a challenge bending down, you may want to consider that. Overall it was exactly what I needed.

In my recent visit to Laguna Beach, I made an appointment for a massage at Thai Body Works. From traveling I found myself very tight and had lots of discomfort in my upper and lower back. I must say that this was probably the best experience I’ve had in massage therapy. I had the 90 minute Thai massage and came out amazed. The pricing was comparable to the Midwest region where I’m from. Fantastic experience, I HIGHLY recommend Thai Body Works!!

Natalie is a master at her skill. She is intuitive, strong, and knowledgeable - a true healer! I have been coming for 8 years. My budget allows only the times when I am really in pain and need her help. She is truly amazing!!! Today she blew my mind - again!
