I saw Diana for a makeup lesson and it was a great experience! She was very responsive and got me in last minute. She was very patient and took a good amount of time explaining things and making sure I understood and practiced the different things she showed me. It was clear right away Diana is a total professional and passionate about what she does. I got great advice from Diana and have been successful in using what I learned from her! I wish I contacted Jenna sooner! Jenna is so professional and she kept us on budget. I didn't have a huge project. For my kitchen, I needed an island installed, new countertops and backsplash, new sink/faucet, update cabinet hardware. For my great room, I had furniture pieces I wanted to keep and I just wanted some upgrades and changes to some pieces. I also needed some new light fixtures and decor on my large wall. Jenna stayed on budget, got my project done in record time. She kept me up to date every step of they way, even gently reminding me when I forgot certain things she's already told me :). She went above and beyond to ensure our project was completed on time. There are so many reason why people should hire an interior designer and especially one that treats your home like their own. I was one of those people who used to think why should I pay someone to design your space, I definitely think differently now and share my experience with my friends. At first, I was a loss for words after experiencing Lauren's exceptional work, who I now consider my fairy brow-mother! Her beauty as a person, exceptionally clean studio, and attention to detail from beginning to end is incredible. The highlight of course, is leaving with the ultimate GLOW UP. It was a subtle yet significant enhancement that resulted in a polished, clean look. As a first-timer, I was reluctant to try this out as I’ve always had ppl stay away from eyebrows because I prefer a natural look, however this will have to be implemented into my maintenance routine (which is almost 0). The healing phase is a lot, however the results are worth it—months and months (I think 1/2 year?) of waking up and already looking polished. I will never go back to my regular brows. I was initially skeptical and candidly shared my concerns with Lauren, which only helped her do the best job she could while respecting and allowing me to ease into the process. To top it off, she provided the cutest aftercare kit, complete with a satin pillowcase sprinkled with lavender, further demonstrating her attention to detail. She's now my forever brow queen, and WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!! Lauren is an artist, and one you will never regret booking!!
I stopped by after having trouble finding all of the products I needed but as soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly by Danielle. She was efficient and very nice. Dr. Keel has been my doctor for almost two decades. He is the most kind, genuine and knowledgeable doctor you will ever find. It is rare to find a doctor who is both compassionate and expert in his field; Dr. Keel cares so much about his patients, he will go to great lengths to heal them. Recently I had shingles and called Dr. Keel on a Sunday hoping to get a Monday appointment. He asked me to meet him at his office within the hour and then prescribed medication immediately, which is critical to avoid any long-term complications. Dr. Keel also checked on me periodically to make sure I was healing fine. Without his quick and sympathetic action, I would have really suffered. Dr. Keel is absolutely the best! You will never find another doctor like him. 5 plus plus stars!!
Kelly made my blonde dreams come true!! Not only did my hair come out perfect, but Kelly was the kindest, most friendly, and personal hair stylist ever. I'm way too picky about who cuts my hair and infact I fired the last two stylists that attempted it. But alas there came a point where I said OMG you need a haircut( or maybe it was my wife)... Regardless, I saw the "Collective" while on a walk near my house and said "what the he**, wouldn't it be great to find a decent stylists near my home"? So I threw my vanity into the trash can and contacted Elana with an explanation of how I've been on this quest to find the last great hair cutter, and would she like to apply for the position? She quickly answered my email and proposed an appointment very soon. Well the rest is history... Besides being a very sweet and interesting lady, she gave me a great cut and I left very satisfied. I have the pleasure of being a client of the British Hair Company for several years and they are the ONLY salon in Southern California that I fully trust with my hair necessities and desires, but also, they have become dear friends of ours, Tracey, Devin and Leslie has always welcome us with open arms and they go adobe and beyond to accommodate our busy schedule and our dog (a full grown German Shepherd named Flo; to say they are dog friendly is un understatement). Just got my second spray tan today from Isabella. She is the BEST spray tan artist around!! No streaks, makes sure you are even and such a professional!! Ask for her and you will see what a difference she makes!! People asked me where I had traveled to get such a great tan! When I told them it was a spraytan they didn’t brlieve me!! I just had an organic pedicure with Jimmy and this was honestly one of the very best pedicures I've ever had! Right on the PCH in Laguna Beach, the service is as incredible as the location. The detox treatment was so refreshing, and the final outcome was so beautiful!!! I am definitely returning. I love this spot and don't want to go anywhere else!!!

This is the best nail salon in Orange County. They can always squeeze me in even if I don't have an appointment. I get a gel mani and the gel lasts over a month. The 15 min neck and shoulder massage is THE BEST!! Everyone that works there is no nice, the place is super clean too. They prefer cash.

This was my first time into the spa. Everything was amazing. Luckily, my bestie and I had the whole place to ourselves. The ladies' locker room had everything you needed, and the shower was great. There is a very private jacuzzi on the patio, which was great. The common area is cozy yet allowed for privacy. The tea and snacks were yummy. My massage session with Sasha was magical, especially with the hot stones. She is very professional and talented. Anahit at the front desk was sweet and helpful. I loved the laid back vibe. Overall a wonderful experience and I'll definitely be back!
The best of the best! I especially love their hydraderm facial and the deep dive massage with hot stones. I've had a lot of facials and massages, and this place is my favorite. Also, it's a beautiful space! I always stay afterward to relax on their outdoor patio and use the infrared sauna.

Brian at Laguna Tattoo was everything I could ask for and more from a tattoo artist. He was able to take my dad, my cousin, and I as walk-ins and even drew up a design for my cousins tattoo design that he was showing Brian. Unbelievably patient, sanitary standards are top notch, always resetting his setup between people. I really appreciated his attention to detail in terms of the placement of all of our tattoos, I really can’t imagine it having gone any better!

Plumber Matt Mackeown called me with a half hour ETA. MATT SHOWED UP AS PROMISED. Matt was professional and very pleasant to deal with. 45 minutes later, we had Water!

Went here for the first time as I live in town and and it was a pleasant experience. I had Dr. Moeini as my dentist and she did a great job. Very educational, and explained everything thoroughly. Was very transparent with everything and pricing as well, without giving me the sensation they were being pushy. Equipment was all pretty new and up-to-date. Will be coming back for my future visits.

While visiting family here in Laguna, my back completely locked up, leaving me in significant pain. I didn’t sleep that night and could barely move without stabbing pain. It would have most certainly ruined our trip as I could not enjoy the beach with our kids and family. My sister in law called her chiropractor (Dr Nice) who was able to squeeze me into her schedule. After one adjustment I felt a huge improvement and was able to move around much better. By that evening I was about 70% better. I was able to go to the beach and I slept well that night. I had a massage with her therapist, Carolina the next day followed by another great adjustment. Carolina is very knowledgeable and had a great massage. I am very thankful for the excellent treatment from Dr. Nice and Carolina. Great business on the beach!

They squeezed us in when our little guy was passing away. It was one of the hardest moments of our life and they handled us with care and compassion. We had never even used them as a vet but they were the closest to our house and let us in when we needed them most. I wish we would have used them all along. June is truly the best massage therapist I have ever met. I have chronic pain and routinely get massages to help control my pain. June's methods are far better than any I've ever experienced.
Keiko is an Amazing and highly proficient massage therapist and wonderful human being. She is kind, caring , patient and diligent. She listens to her client's concerns and customizes her massage therapy approaches to the the client's needs. I have significant musculoskeletal strain and tension issues involving my upper and lower back, neck, shoulders and occasionally lower extremities. I am a recurring customer every 4 weeks and she always adjusts her massage approach after checking in with me re: the current problem areas that I am dealing with that day. Her techniques for me include deep tissue massage / Swedish / shiatsu with elements of acupressure and cupping. Each visit after seeing her, I feel significantly better for a longer duration of time than with other therapists whom I previously tried. I highly recommend Keiko for a relaxing and therapeutic massage experience.

First time at Laguna Thai Masaage and it was a great feeling. Tina made this massage an incredible experience. Before coming here my whole body was aching and stiff but Tina worked so hard to get rid of the stiffness, something I didn't feel from the other massage parlor that I've been to. I loved my massage as my back was in pain after a move and also grieving. Ana has amazing healing hands and I highly recommend her. She is very professional and very gracious. I think I will try the 90 minutes next time.
