“Vivian is absolutely wonderful! After a bad experience with another groomer, I was worried to bring my dog in. Vivian greeted us with a smile and there was no doubt in my mind that my fur baby was in good hands. With the past groomer, I was dog shamed for having a hyper, nervous puppy and since I am new to small dogs, I was worried all groomers might be like this? Wow, was I wrong! Vivian took the time with us and CARES. My little girl has never looked better and my mind was put to ease when I left her there. Vivian is just a fantastic, caring person and I cannot recommend her enough. She is a gem!!!“

“This was my first time using a mobile groomer and I cannot believe I hadn't used one sooner. His last groomer asked that I didn't bring him back as he was a bad boy while he was getting his nails done. I did inform Paul the owner of the company of this when on the phone and he reassured me that it wouldn't be a problem. Paul the owner of the company came out to groom my boy Leopold and I must say I was quite nervous as Leopold doesn't normally warm up to people, men in particular. When I opened the door, you would have thought they had known each other for years. His tail was wagging and Paul knelt down for a bathing of kisses. Paul took the time to go over all my concerns and he took Leo off for his grooming. When they returned Leo's tail was still wagging and he looked great. His coat has never felt so soft and he smelt great. Paul told me he was a joy to groom and he would be more than happy to come back to groom him anytime. I highly recommend On The Spot Pet Grooming and I could tell Paul really enjoys and knowledgeable about dogs. I did also like that he quoted me a price on the phone and there were no hidden add-ons once he came and took care of Leo. I know Leo has found his lifetime groomer.“

And our dogs love him and are always so excited to see Uncle Frank. He is great with walking our.dogs and also training. “Alright, here is where I rescind the previous review; Broadway Pet redeemed themselves when the abscess would not abate and she needed to be seen again. They took her right away, luck of the draw perhaps, but no emergency appt. fee, the vet, Dr. Schultz met with me, did a thorough checkup and explained the rule-outs and plan of action for it. My concern was for the necessity of lab work recommended to change antibiotics, a condition that has not been fully detailed to me as needed, and as the cost of labs are the insane part of the bill (340), I challenged that part of the estimate, and they withdrew it and gave me a different antibiotic straight up. They also waived the second abscess draining fee, that was stellar, and their overall care, concern and management of me and my cat was so much better - like the old days. They ended up doing TWO drainings, and guess what? Found a foxtail in the second one, which they gave to me to show me. That's good service. Second bill was 125, Yes. They did right by me. i remain loyal, as they demonstrated their commitment wholeheartedly. They are good.“

“I was hesitant to take my 5month old puppy to the groomers since he won't stop barking at strangers. Stella was able to accommodate my ZenZen the same day we called and requested for a full service groom! (online booking showed availability for next week) It took 3 1/2 hrs to do, but soo worth it! “I was referred to this Veterinarian hospital last year after many disappointing visits to other vets. This pet hospital really cares for my dog, Daisy, and provides the service I was hoping for. This Vet Hospital cares more about the pets and saving animals more than overcharging and taking advantage of emotional clients. Everyone I met and spoke with was considerate, professional, and put the well-being of my dog before anything else.
