“Dede is the BOMB!!! ???Im a new groomer (just graduated) i sent Dede a email asking for advice on my next steps to help me navigate feeling extremely lost. I was SHOCKED when my phone rang a few hours later with Dede on the other end! She read everything i sent to her. She started by saying “get your paper & pen cuz im going to give you all the info right away” she asked everything even life questions to really understand where im at & what my realistic next steps could be. She also gave me multiple options not just 1. That’s exactly why i reached out to her. I need someone that is straight up, no BS, doesnt think that they’re better than you, no judgment, & that i could trust.
