“We called Elite to come out and snake our main sewer lines since we have a reoccurring root infiltration issue.They were able to send out a plumber same day, unfortunately he was not the most experienced fellow and did not help our situation at all (I'll leave it at that).The same night we spoke to Elijah who scheduled a technician to come out the following day. Richard showed up on time and was able to quickly clean out our pipes and get things flowing again using his hydro jet system. He was highly knowledgeable and thorough, even gave us a good price on the service.He took the extra time to explain every possible detail along the way and provided recommendations for moving forward with repairing our old pipes.I'm so pleased to have been graced with Richard (and his assistant Vincent) to properly and professionally handle the job.I look forward to working with him for our future plumbing projects and as our main technician. “Very professional, went above and beyond to help with my AC problem. Was able to work with the manufacturer of my HVAC unit and got all the parts under warranty. He is my HVAC guy .“

“I had a constant drip coming from my pressure release valve and my first response was to cap it. Instead, I called a professional plumber to inquire about installing a regulator and Beach Plumbing sent Tony to my residence. After hearing my concerns, Tony checked my water pressure and determined the release valve is likely opening up due to the high PSI. Tony gave me a great quote for a regulator, one that was far less than two other local plumbers (my wife asked me to call around). Tony cut my copper pipe coming from the main line. It was bent and curved so Tony replaced it with a straight copper line, added a few angled couplers, soldered it tight, installed the new regulator and replaced the old faucet valve, all within a 2.5 hrs. His diagnostic was correct, his work was clean, and he was friendly and a professional. Great job Tony! The drip is gone and my PSi is in the correct range. This job saved my appliances from leaks and pipes from bursting. I have called Beach Plumbing twice before and they have always sent great techs and provided excellent service.

“Used Atlas for the first time. We had been without use of upstairs bath sink reluctant to call a plumber that would charge too much or say we needed extra repairs like some do. Kamron showed up on time with his helper and they put covers on their work shoes before entering my home. He inspected the problem with the drain and told us our options and cost estimate upfront. When asked about installing a cleanout for the sink, he was honest and said it was not needed. They installed a new p-trap and cleared the drain and left the bathroom free from dirt or trash.
