“I combed through Yelp to find a leasing agent who could help me with my apartment search that was turning more dire by the minute. I had significant safety and habitability concerns at my DTLA apartment, and was looking to relocate out of downtown and fast. I came across Jeremy and after reading so many glowing reviews, I immediately reached out to him rather late in the evening and he answered my call. I described the bind I was in to find an apartment rental to move into in the immediate future as well as my longer term goals to buy in the coming years. I also discussed with him all of my must-haves and preferences for my relocation. He was immediately willing to help and also managed my expectations based on budget, timing, etc. From that phone call on, the rest was history. We kept in close contact as I browsed options on the platform he uses and he immediately made himself available for phone calls, responding to texts, and making apartment tour appointments. Within days, I not only toured a desirable spot but submitted my application with his help. I felt so supported through the entire process without any uncertainty about the process or the location I was interested with Jeremy's help. He was extremely professional, and assuaged much of my stress and concerns about moving. In less than a week, I was able to sign a lease (which he helped me go through with a fine-toothed comb) for a 1B1BA that could not be more ideal for me. “A friend referred Joyti and Todd to us when we were looking to purchase a home in the San Gabriel Valley. Joyti and Todd were so amazing to work with. They are both extremely reliable, professional, and helpful. They make a great team - Joyti handles all the offers, negotiations, and transactions while Todd is on the field doing the showings and is very knowledgable in all things related to construction, inspection, and remodeling. Joyti is very responsive and will call/text/email you back within an hour or less. I never had to follow-up with her on anything as she was always on top of things. Also, she was so great about making sure everything was moving forward with our lender and we ended up closing escrow a few days early! Joyti is also an expert negotiator and helped us get our home at a great price. Todd knows just about everything you want to know about a house. He can tell you when the house was built and what kind of wiring and roof they're using by just looking at it real quick. He was very helpful in guiding us through our inspection and making sure the seller addressed all the issues that were brought up. He also provided us with some amazing service perks. He got our carpets steam-cleaned and applied plastic on them to protect them during our move and also installed whisper-close toilet seats on all the bathrooms.
