Steve and Ceinwyn helped us find our very specific dream house at a time when there was fierce competition in our area and very few options available. They know the area really well and were really good at assessing what we wanted and helping us see the possibilities. Super responsive and great at the closing negotiations. I was fortunate to work with Allie in buying my very first home!! She is an absolutely extraordinary real estate agent, and better yet... human. Incredibly smart and spectacular at problem-solving, she consistently came up with the best plans. Allie took the time to educate me on every single step. Initially, I thought 1. it was impossible to buy a home in Los Angeles. 2. Buying a house is a heartbreaking, stressful, and agonizing experience for the average person... NONE OF THOSE THINGS WERE TRUE!! It was, hands down, the best experience of my life, and I felt exceptionally well taken care of by Allie and Clarkliving.
