This is a long overdue review. We worked with Lilian through our first home purchase in early 2023, and we could not have felt more supported through the process. Lilian is patient, kind, thorough, professional, and brilliant at what she does. In addition to helping us navigate the stressful season of first time home buying with ease, she also set us up with quality referrals anytime we needed anything (contractor to help with plumbing issues when we first moved in, a cleaning crew that has been a godsend during a busy year, etc.). We got really lucky finding Lilian, and we know we will work with her again in the future.

I found Lilian on yelp. We previously had an agent who failed to help us bid on a condo we really liked, so we had some experience with what we wanted from an agent. When I reached out to Lilian, the first thing she did was set up an online meeting (during Covid) to let us know about the market and what she could offer, to see if we are a match. My first impression was that she seemed very professional and well prepared, and I was right.Lilian was not only doing her job, whenever we had ANY question about the house or the process, she would also ALWAYS get the answers.
