“Having blocked drains is probably your worst nightmare especially if they are backing up in your house. I’ve had a couple of drain issues over the last couple of months and Rock Solid Drains have bailed me out both times. They’ve been incredibly prompt – typically turning up the same day or the next day when I’ve had issues. They are clean to a fault and you wouldn’t know that they had been in the house. They are professional and great at what they do. I’d have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them if you have blocked drains.They are specialists and I’m just so glad that they’re there when I need them.“

I realize they are incredibly busy, and they want to respond as quickly as they can, but two days in a row of saying we will see you between X and X, then emailing to say they had a glitch and couldn't come almost made them strike out with me.
