“I've been going to this clinic for a year with my senior kitties.<br><br>General info:<br>Appointment costs are reasonable if not a bit cheaper than surrounding clinics, which is great.<br>The clinic is busy, but they're always able to get you in for a sudden appointment if necessary, which I'm grateful for at times when my pets had concerning health issues arise. They always try to accommodate you. There are many vets at the clinic (I've met with at least 4-5), so you'll likely visit different vets each time unless your pet has a health issue, which means you'll see the same vet until it's resolved.<br>Everyone is friendly and lovely and you don't feel rushed when you have an appointment. *Note: We are the voice for our pets health, so still, make sure you ask all the questions and do whatever you need for your pet, including following up on results for tests, etc.<br>Because all these vets come from different backgrounds, at this clinic, I've experienced different consultations: vets with firm beliefs and who make immediate diagnoses and vets who advocate doing your own research (which i appreciate) and who consider any and all options before confirming anything. My experiences with most of the vets have been pleasant, but these differences naturally have us inclined toward favoring some vets at the practice more than others.<br><br>Personal story:<br>First, it was an annual exam, then it was my calico's unfortunate diagnosis of chronic kidney disease. Later, my tuxedo kitty was suffering from her mouth and because they didn't have any immediate dental care openings, they insisted upon her being checked by a dental specialist at a specialist clinic and we found she had terminal cancer. I'm grateful they did not make us wait. Her loss hurts us still to this day, but this clinic was very sweet in sending a card with their condolences.<br><br>Dr. E:<br>My calico got pancreatitis soon after that ordeal and she was seen by Dr. E, who is kind, very informative, and dare I say, our favorite vet at the practice. My calico was sent to an internal medicine doctor for specialist care, but despite this and some continued struggles, Dr. E was always thinking of ways to help when we needed it and always patiently answering and clarifying our many, many questions. Since working with Dr. E on maintainance care, our calico has gained weight and is doing very well, even when her chronic kidney disease has slightly progressed. What really helped her get out of lasting pancreatitis symptoms by the end was B12 injections Dr. E prescribed. Due to our many positive experiences with her, we continue to ask for Dr. E and highly recommend her.<br><br>In conclusion:<br>We've gone to this clinic so many times in the course of a year, and every time, the receptionists, vet techs, and vets have been wonderful to our cats and the prices of anything and everything have been fairly decent (highly recommend pet insurance with senior pets though). I would recommend this place for your pet's medical care, especially with Dr. E. and Dr. Roberts.<br><br>[Pictures from 1 year ago]“

“Had some issues with my dog and since I am new to the area I was not sure which vet to go to. So glad I stumbled upon this place. Called on a Tuesday to see if there was a possibility of having any appointments and at first they had said they were fully booked but then the receptionist told me the doctor was willing to take us after hours to see what was going on with my pup. I loved how friendly and attentive everyone was. They took my dog to the back to examine him and was told it was something that perhaps an emergency vet would be better at which I appreciated the honesty and not being charged. This guy genuinely cares about animals and isn't in the business to nickel and dime you. Thank you doctor and staff, we will be back if there is ever a situation with my pup again.“

“I was extremely nervous to get my dogs dental procedures done . One of them had never been under anesthesia before and like all of us pet owners we worry about our babies . I researched a lot of different specialists to take my dog to and through due diligence I landed on Dr. Furman . I have to hand it to him and his staff . Everyone there is extremely professional, welcoming and kind . He took the time to explain each step of the process and made us feel as comfortable as possible . My first dogs teeth cleaning and extraction surgery was a success . Soon after I scheduled my second dog for her dental cleaning and surgery as well. She is on day two of her recovery and is doing great. Much respect and thanks to Dr. Furman and his amazing team for making an often nerve wracking process so seamless through professionalism, kindness and quality .“

“I came in with my kitty who had been an accident at home. They were very quick to help us & I love that they were honest and didn’t try to up sale us on anything. They sent us home with medication & instructions on what to look out for in case I needed to bring her back.“

“Sylvia was absolutely amazing with our two-year-old cat, Parker. I was anxious about leaving him while we were on vacation, but Sylvia quickly put my mind at ease. She not only took excellent care of Parker but also went above and beyond by sending regular photos and videos, so we knew he was in great hands. Her genuine concern for Parker’s well-being was evident, and she even offered helpful suggestions to improve his care. Unfortunately, we've recently moved out of the area, so we’re no longer able to use her services, but we highly recommend Sylvia to anyone looking for a reliable and caring cat sitter!“

“Our doggie had surgery three years ago and recovered at Pacific Care Pet Emergency. They took such wonderful care of him and he made a full recovery. After two years he developed diabetes and pancreatitis and Pacific Care took great care of him and helped us manage his diabetes. We had to let him go recently but know that Pacific Care was the reason we had him for another 3 years and we are thankful for that. The staff is excellent and very caring and compassionate. I cannot more highly recommend them for anyone with a sick pet.“
