“We took our cat Honey here after having an iffy experience with another vet, and I'm so glad we did! I can tell the doctors and vet techs truly care about their patients. Dr Beaudet answered all of our questions (and there were a lot) and was even available for questions via email. I think the prices here are very reasonable and we have always been able to get an appointment within a few days. I wish they were open on Saturdays to make scheduling a little easier, but overall this is an amazing pet clinic that truly cares!“

“Our 6-year-old large breed dog began experiencing intermittent limping last year. A neighbor suggested she might need TPLO surgery and recommended VSS. When the limp became persistent we made an appointment and she was seen within a few days by Dr. Sebestyen. He detected the joint failure in the X-rays taken by our vet, and after a physical evaluation. She had surgery the following week. Patience and vigilance are key to a good recovery. An unsupervised dog can jeopardize healing of the surgical wound within a few minutes. Total healing took about 6 months, but she was "good as new" after that. We celebrated with a hike through Little Lakes Valley in the Sierras, and are so thankful that our senior dog can enjoy an active lifestyle again. Everyone at VSS was kind and professional, and our every concern during the healing process was taken seriously and evaluated. We are very thankful that we had access to such quality care for our dog.“

“Very professional, but so friendly too! No waiting, very knowledgeable and informative!! My 12 week old Frenchie had a reaction to his shots. They took him immediately to the back and made sure he was stable. He was looking better before we even left the office! Thank you to the doctor and staff!“

“I was referred to Echo Vet Cardio when my dog Harley began to cough violently and suddenly. I rushed to the emergency hospital where I dropped him off for the evening with grim hope he would pull through. He made it through the night but due to the emergency vet being only open 8 PM to 8 AM I had to find somewhere Harley could continue to remain on a dopamine drip to continue his treatment. Several vet offices later and no dopamine I was finally referred to Echo Vet cardio. I should mention while I was at the emergency vet the second one I had been to that morning, a call to see if we could fit me in was made and Dr. Jung was kind enough to tell me to come right over and he would squeeze me in between patients. I couldn’t get there fast enough.Upon arriving to Echo Vet Cardio I met Jenna who couldn’t be more sweet, she walked us right back to a room and told me Dr. Jung would be with me. Harley was taken back from his Exam and testing and I waited nervously. Dr. Jung came in bringing Harley back with him. He explained to me in detail, and a language I could understand not a bunch of medical jargon. Harley is in CHF and we would do what we could to try and manage it. He was compassionate and caring when I broke down crying explaining this was my baby (I don’t have children) and I’ve had his for 19 years. He didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or awkward for being so emotional. He instead gave me words of encouragement but was realistic in what was going on. I have continued to see Dr. Jung consistently and a month ago I was really feeling like I’d have to let Harley go. I am so happy to say Harley is still here. I’m forever grateful that Dr. Jung has given me more time with Harley. It’s been a bumpy road and that’s not due to any error in Dr. Jung’s treatment. As another reviewer said I know I am on borrowed on time due to Harley’s age. I truly could not find one thing bad to say about them. The staff is some of the kindest people I have ever met, and they are so good with Harley. I will gladly bring my other animals here should they need cardio treatment and highly recommend Dr. Jung and his staff to anyone looking for cardiology care for their pet. Harley and I are both so grateful we found Echo Vet Cardio so we both get to spend more time with one another. Thank you Dr. Jung I am eternally grateful for all you and your staff have done to support and help Harley.“

“I can not express how kind and informative Dr. Van Nice and his staff were during my visit. He was so gentle with my 15-year-old old, who HATES having his teeth looked at; his calm energy put me at ease as well. I live in Manhattan Beach, and Dr. Van Nce is worth the drive. I am in the process of moving to Florida, and my move was pushed up a month as my mom is having a hip replacement at the beginning of April. Dr. Van Nice offered to find me other specialists in that area if that would be easier. He has a genuine concern for pets and their pet parents. I would recommend him to anyone.“

“My regular vet diagnosed my 12-year-old cat with hyperthyroidism and referred me here for radioactive iodine treatment after 30 days of giving him a daily oral medication. My cat, Ben, was admitted on a Sunday after an exam and consultation with Dr. Broome, followed by a test that confirmed two small tumors on his thyroid. He was placed in isolation with a video camera, allowing me to remotely check in on him from 8am to 8pm during the whole time he was there. The procedure was done on Monday, and I was able to bring him home on Thursday afternoon with detailed after-care instructions because he's still radioactive for 12 days. Dr. Broome and his entire staff were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, cordial, compassionate, and exhibited warm and tender feelings toward Ben. Through every phase, Dr. Broome or his staff answered all my questions and followed up by phone or by email. They operate like a well-oiled machine, and should my older 15-year-old cat develop hyperthyroidism, I fully intend to bring her here for treatment. I am fortunate that so far, I have been able to afford my pets medical treatments. If a time comes that I can't, I will start a Go Fund Me account and/or apply for funding from any number of charitable organizations that help pay people's vet bills. I strongly recommend AVMI and Dr. Broome. Do this for your cat(s) if needed.“

“Caring, compassionate group of professionals. Every dog coming in to the facility has an eye issue. They were so kind- from check in- and caring- doctors on staff. If I had this issue in the future I would definitely go to them.“
